Four Fitness Marketing Things You Should Have in Common With Trump
What does a personal trainer who wants to know everything about fitness marketing have in common with Donald Trump?
If you're looking to grow your personal training business then there are four fitness marketing traits you should have in common with the Donald. I know this sounds crazy because what does Donald Trump know about personal training?
Probably nothing.
But he does know a lot about become a successful entrepreneur and if you want to become a successful fitness entrepreneur and want to know everything there is to know about fitness marketing then you should take inventory and see if you have these four things in common with trump.
1. Take action: It's true; you can have all the fitness marketing information in the world, but you'll never become a high profiting personal trainer unless you take action. Trump is known for taking action more than any high profile entrepreneur in the world. In fact several times, when the chips where down for him he recovered simply because he's a man of action.
2. Network: Every successful personal trainer I know has a network of 'experts' who they can call upon when they're experiencing a fitness marketing mind block. This is critical because others not directly involved with your business can give you a fresher perspective. They may see a missing fitness marketing strategy in your business that you don't. But you should be aware of one thing. Having the wrong network of people can actually harm your business.
3. Use the 80/20 rule: The ultra successful personal trainers spend 80 percent of their time on figuring out new fitness marketing strategies and only 20 percent of their time on actual day-to-day operation. Trump does the same. The reason for this is because nothing happens until a sale is made and sale won't happen unless you have your fitness marketing system dialed in.
4. Become an information junkie: You can't expect to be the best at what you do by trying to learn everything on your own. That takes way too much time and can cost you thousands in lost revenue each year. You can however buy speed; as in years of knowledge in only a few months or weeks by investing in specific information products designed to help you get your fitness marketing game plan in order. The Donald does this all the time. He's known for attending conferences, reading several books each month, and surrounding himself with others who know the information he wants. This strategy alone can grow your fitness marketing knowledge quicker than anything else.
Now that you know the four things you, the successful fitness marketing entrepreneur should have in common with the Donald, it's time to take action.
The best way to get started is to sit down with a pen a paper and analyze your current fitness marketing game plan.
First, write down all the different ways that you get clients into your personal training business.
Next, figure out which two fitness marketing systems on your list are most effective. Then create other fitness marketing systems similar to those.
Finally figure out which of your fitness marketing systems are least effective and wasting your money. Then dump them. Here's a hint for you. Often times your print ads, the ones that simple offer a free training session or a discount on a program are the ones that are costing you money and not getting you any clients.
The best fitness marketing strategies are those that generate qualified leads and those that can be tracked and measured. 90 percent of the time these fitness marketing strategies are direct response based.

How Your Passion Can Cash-In
This article pertains to a very specific group of people. The irony is, this "specific group" of people encompasses most of the U.S. population today. You see, most of us hate going to work every morning, punching in at the time clock, and being told when we can eat, take a break, and leave to go home to our families.
Most of us would rather claim the title of "be your own boss" so that we could work from home and dictate our own hours. We want to grasp and take hold of that precious time with our families. We have dreams to fulfill and adventures to take around the world.
Yet despite our lust for life and disgust with the monotonous regime, we settle for "The Rules." These rules state that we are all pawns on the chessboard, only moving in one direction to get ahead. But why not become a knight, bishop, or even rook?
For the brave few who have stepped forward to take back their lives by working from home, many have chosen to make their money on the Internet. This has probably been the most profitable arena to date, so why do most people fail?
Just as in many careers, making money off the Internet takes time. There is a learning curve that must be overcome first. There is studying involved as well as practice.
Some of you may be wondering how I'm going to tie in Passion with all of this. Let me show you how passion is at the core of all success.
You must have passion to succeed, but in order to succeed; you must have passion to learn. True learning will not take place unless you have passion to get up every day and pay close attention to the details in order to benefit from the massive payoffs that come with careers such as internet marketing.
So where does this passion come from? For many, it begins with personality traits, but as we get older and acquire more responsibilities, our passion is fueled by the need to survive and take care of those close to us.
It is in this place that we begin to articulate more accurately our interests and talents and translating these gifts into a plan of action. At this moment, we are able to begin adapting to the many unexpected bumps in the road that Life throws our way.
Be fair warned that many Internet gurus selling their "knowledge" of how to get rich online will lead you down the road to failure simply because what they are offering is simply not enough to get you from point A to point B.
I am referring to the missing links in their training sessions. These missing links are gold nuggets of information needed in order to execute the right plan of action and secure your wealth online.
Perhaps they are purposely trying to keep you out of their inner circles, or perhaps they simply lack the Passion for you to succeed. Whatever the case, be sure that you find a guru that carries your best interest in addition to his own and is willing to offer genuine support on an ongoing basis.
The Internet is ever changing and you want a program that will continually offer information that evolves and grows to fit this market of trends. Remember, you get what you pay for!

3 Proven Secrets to Make Money Promoting As an Internet Affiliate
Making money on the Internet has become so prevalent in the last few years, making "Average Joes" the new popular multi-millionaires. In fact, due to the current U.S. economy, a record number of individuals are flocking to the internet, out of financial desperation, to get a piece of the millionaire pie.
The common thought is, "if the average Joe can become infinitely successful, so can I." The problem occurs when these average Joes turned "Internet Gurus" begin selling their ideas on how to make money online.
Individuals who buy these guru products start out feeling like they're on top of the highest mountain with all of the hype stitched into the first pages of the product website promising internet wealth. But when the actual "training" begins, the millionaire hopeful is left feeling overwhelmed, confused, and incomplete.
This is because most programs only sell pieces of the puzzle, almost always insuring failure and disappointment on the part of the millionaire hopeful. With so many missing links, there is no way to attain the level of financial freedom promised with purchase of the product.
Unlocking the 3 promoting secrets of successful Internet affiliates is crucial. First, you must know what to promote. Second, you must know where to promote. Third, you must know how to promote.
In order to know what to promote, you must have invaluable resources available to you such as MILLNIC media. Just go to Google and do a keyword search. Check out the campaigns available to see what affiliates are making when they promote particular products. You can also check into Click Bank on Google.
Pay close attention to products that have free trial offers as these tend to get many leads. Another successful product that produces many leads are ringtones. This is because you don't have to have a credit card, be at least 21 years of age, or give out any personal information. Customers need only submit their cell phone numbers in which they will receive a pin number via text that they will have to confirm. Once confirmed, the affiliate is immediately paid for that lead.
Knowing where to promote a product is all about knowing the demographics of your customers. For ringtones, teenagers are your best customers. You can promote your product on Google Adwords by setting up a free account.
Instead of promoting on the search engine like most affiliates do through pay per click sponsored links, why not promote on popular ringtone websites where customers are already looking for songs to download? Remember that people go to search engines to find websites they like, not to browse sponsored links.
Finally, knowing how to promote is simply creating your ad that will be on the ringtone websites. You can use Google Adwords to promote on the search engine or on other websites. An example of a ringtone ad would read:

Setting Your Self Apart When Marketing to Internet Marketers
While there's a massive market of online business owners to sell information to; there are also a huge number of businesses that are providing them with the informational products. So, as with any business, you will need to make your own informational items stand out from all the rest of them out there.
To do that, you will need to figure out how to bring your own uniqueness to what you're providing in your business. There are some ways that they could be accomplished:
Niche marketing- Finding a specific group of business owners to market to; can increase your chances of getting your items chosen by the consumers.
Providing certain kinds of content- For example, you can choose to sell only materials that cover various topics on PLR content. Or you could cover all kinds of topics using only reports to give them that information.
Knowledge or experience- If you have knowledge or experience in any certain area, then you can use that to your advantage. There are many ways to do that. If you have a business degree, you can use that to establish a level of expert status for yourself. Maybe you have owned a business in a particular niche for several years, which gains you credibility as well as expert status.
Point of View- Sometimes giving a different point of view on a topic can establish your uniqueness and gain you a nice sharp edge on your competition. For example, maybe you have inside information on a particular topic. This could be used to play on the business owner's desires.
Establishing a name for yourself- This is a strong tactic to use within the social networking communities. Once you build rapport with the fellow members of the group you have joined; you start to show them what you're all about. As they get to know you; you start to become a 'celebrity' of sorts within that niche. Voila! You've established a name for yourself and people have trust to buy from you.
Broaden your horizons- Get yourself out there to every corner of the internet. Join Message boards, forums, run a blogging community, and utilize all the available tools the internet provides like social bookmarking sites. The more your name is out there, the more your business is known. And then what? More Sales happen.
Show your caring side- Don't be afraid to show that not only are you a business person, but you're a caring one as well. Those who are caring tend to build rapport with their target audience easier and quicker. For example, if you're a mom who owns a business, and you target other moms who have businesses; you should show that. When the target audience can see you're just like them, they will be more drawn to you.
Using a different format- Most of your competitors are probably providing their customers with simple written materials on various topics. To stand out, you could use a different media format to offer your information with. This could be:
Video format
Audio format
Teleclasses/Webinars
These formats give your customers a different way to learn their information from. Instead of always having to read a document on their computer, they can watch a video of you talking about it instead. You can also attach a written transcript with it, so they can follow along if they choose or give them something to refer to later on when questions arise.
Online Business owners have the desire to succeed. They also have the desire to learn how to better themselves and their business. Put these two factors together and you have a prime Money making opportunity on your hands.

Marketing a Personal Training Business
Marketing a personal training business can be a challenging adventure. It may be hard to find the right clients or advertise the business in a way that is effective and efficient. Fortunately, there are several ways to begin marketing a personal training business.
Before beginning, it is important to have the important credentials in place. Marketing a personal training business without the proper education and training is not recommended. In fact, it is required by some states. While it's best to check the rules of your particular state, even a lack of regulations may prove to work against you. Clients will be interested in your background, regardless of the rules involved.
Despite the wealth of opportunities out there, businesses fail every day. Why does this happen? Often, lack of planning sits at the heart of a failed attempt. Marketing a training business takes planning and failure to do so may affect the future of your business.
The following tips will help you get the ball rolling, as you start marketing a personal training business:
1. Invest in a great website. With an increasing number of web surfers turning to the Internet for information, marketing a personal training business becomes an online venture. Create a website with keyword-rich content that appeals to clients. The first step in creating a strong lead generation website is to find the right keywords, and then structure your pages in a search engine, and visitor friendly fashion around those keywords.
2. Keep an e-mail list. Marking a personal training business should include some form of online contact. Sending out an e-mail newsletter will keep you in contact with your clients and peak their interest. Email is the least expensive, fastest way to stay in contact with a list of potential buyers and existing clients. Most people have email and check their email at least once a day.
3. Check the Yellow Pages. See how many other fitness providers are marketing a personal training business. Compare your services to theirs and identify any missing links in the list. If you spot a niche that has yet to be filled, fill it by marketing your personal training business with focus placed on the hidden opportunity. There may be locations or hidden niches that you can capitalize on.
4. Compile a mailing list. Keep a record of names and addresses and send out literature by mail. While mail-based advertising can be costly when it comes to marketing a personal training business, word will quickly spread. If your computer skills are fairly good, you can design a simple one-page flyer using a word processor. Marketing a personal training business doesn't have to break the budget. The cost of a mailer can range from 10 cents (for targeted local mailings) to 30 cents (for nationwide mailings)
Seize every available opportunity to market yourself. Ask friends and family members to suggest your business to others. Marketing a personal training business takes diligence and positive testimonials, so be sure to treat your current clients well. There is no easier way to bring in new clientele than through referrals.

The Most Effective Ways to Market Health Products
There is no shortage of health-related infomercials or pop-up ads circulating on the Internet and television today. In fact, the health industry relies on attention-grabbing headlines and quick bits of information to make customers pay attention. This is not the right way to market a product, and it may also be unethical. Marketing any product can be difficult in such a competitive market due to the wide range of products available.
Along with the usual methods, marketing health products often requires a need to support the claims being put forth by the company. This usually takes on a fact-based approach, providing statistics and research to support their information. Caution must be used when marketing health products because false claims may be harmful to an individual's health or life. In many cases, the supportive evidence is funded by the company promoting the product! This is a strong reason to be cautious about the product.
I n order to provide statistics, a variety of research methods must be followed. When marketing health products, some companies choose to conduct scientific tests and others opt for a more generic approach. Scientific research will not only provide valuable data, but also prove to the company itself that the product works as expected.
There are three main types of tactics involved in marketing health products:
1. Influencing potential buyers
In this case, health product marketing relies on influence to attract new customers. This type of marketing is often seen on late-night infomercials, complete with celebrity host. Using a popular or well-qualified spokesperson, the company attempts to sell their products by drawing the buyers into the opinions and claims of others. Many consumers associate a familiar name with trust, causing some companies to invest millions of dollars by marketing health products through a famous face.
2. Association with celebrity endorsement
Similar to the above-referenced method, marketing health products using this technique may also require the use of a celebrity. However, it is not the opinion of the famous individual that consumers are drawn to, it's the product itself. Fitness equipment, for example, is a popular product involved in marketing health products. When a muscle-bound celebrity fitness guru takes to the stage, viewers gain faith in the equipment. As they watch the spokesperson flex, they begin to believe that the product will provide them with the same results.
3. Promotion of health benefits
Some products claim to have special health protection or prevention capabilities. When this type of strategy is used for marketing health products, the company will point out the reasons why you need to buy their product. This method may also include a direct comparison to other products on the market.
Marketing health products may prove to be more difficult than that of other goods or services because of its close connection to people's health. It is important to take a step back and consider the facts and testimonials being provided, in order to avoid risking the well-being of viewers or consumers. Some products in the market may work as claimed, but most do not. It is difficult for the consumer to choose from the diamond from the rough. The simplest way to make a decision is to look for unbiased, third party information about the product.

Social Media Marketing Share Good News About Your Business During Bad Times
To secure new business in a tough economy, your company needs to appear stable and reliable. Social media marketing is one of the best ways to spread good news about your company and build an image of dependability and success.
The Role of Social Media in Enhancing Your Image
As the saying goes, image is everything. That statement is especially true during difficult economic times. As Rich Tehrani of TMCNet states in a recent article, people looking to make purchases want a company they can count on, and outward appearance is the key to creating an image of stability. Is he saying you should lie about the state of your company just to get sales? Absolutely not. What he's saying is that you should play up the positive news to boost your image:
"... all companies need to over saturate the markets they serve with the best news they can create. This is regardless of how well they are doing. If sales are generally good now, it makes even more sense to focus on putting a halo around your brand to protect it from bad times which may or may not be ahead. Customer wins, new product launches, a new green data center, a widget that does something useful - if you have any of these, issue a release and try to get some positive media coverage."
In addition to press releases, Tehrani suggests that companies continue marketing through a variety of means, including social media.
A Social Media Marketing Firm Can Build a Positive Profile for You
Social media sites present one of the greatest marketing opportunities for businesses that are interested in establishing a real relationship with their customers. That last phrase is of great importance social media marketing will not work if you don't get involved in a real and meaningful way.
What does that mean? You can't just create a Facebook page and leave it at that. You need to become a part of the community that exists on the social media site, whether it be Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter.
You need to analyze which sites are best for your type of business, and determine what kind of content will register with the people in these various online communities.
You also need regular communication so you can participate fully in the "social" aspect of these sites.
Marketing with social media is labour-intensive, but it is worth it. Fortunately, you don't need to do all the work yourself. Online marketing firms that specialize in social media marketing can do all the legwork for you.
What a Social Media Marketing Firm Will Do
Your social media marketing partner will conduct the research you need to get started on the most widely used social media sites. The company will prepare content for you and make sure your pages are updated regularly. Their efforts will result in an authentic and positive online profile for your company.
Social media marketing is the next wave of online marketing. Catch the wave now and you'll be able to ride out the recession and be in a stronger position when good times return.

Point of Purchase Marketing Turns to Digital Options
Point of Purchase, or POP, marketing has long been an active aspect of the retail world. With approximately 53% of all purchases falling into the category of impulse buys, window displays, counter displays, banners, and floor stands all vie for the customer's attention and buying power. Capitalizing on POP sales requires a dynamic and compelling marketing scheme.
Digital Media Captures the Attention of the Population
Digital media has grown at startling rates over the past decade. Where large screen televisions, cellular phones, computers, and other devices were seen as luxury items in the past, now they have infiltrated the markets at astounding rates. According to Media Trends Track, in 1989 there was an average of less than 2 televisions per household, a figure that has increased every year since, so that the census eight years later shows this figure to be just under 3 televisions per household. Cell phones, computer usage, and digital photography have also blossomed during the last decade. Our population is the most digitally engaged population to date.
Digital Media Captures the Attention of Point of Purchase Marketing
With digital media entering main stream consciousness, the attention of marketing gurus has been turned towards creating new marketing strategies to include this medium. As all eyes and ears seem to be bent in the direction of digital media, it is no wonder the marketing world is exploring these options.
While posters, banners, and floor stands captured customers' attention in the past, tech savvy customers may overlook these marketing techniques in favor of more dynamic methods. Digital media provides this avenue for the marketing sector. Driving sales with content the customer will notice and respond to is what point of purchase marketing is all about.
Implementing Digital Media into the Point of Purchase World
With flat screen displays and computers dropping in price, even retailers with modest budgets can now afford to employ digital media marketing. As computer programs become more user friendly, it also becomes easier to tailor marketing messages and provide the eye-catching graphics that capture the attention of customers.
Either used alone or combining these new marketing methods with old style posters and banners, point of purchase digital marketing provides the following benefits:
Bringing items that are slower to sell to the attention of customers
Effective store branding, attracting new customers
Promoting store loyalty for current customers
Presenting different messages based on time, weather, days of the week, and any other factor that influences customer demographics
Adaptable for both large scale stores and smaller, family run businesses
Digital Media Successes in Point of Purchase Marketing
Many service and retail businesses are not capitalizing on the dynamic and compelling messages of digital POP marketing. A few examples of these successes include:
Restaurants: promoting daily specials
Service stations: using time at the pumps to encourage customers to buy other stock
Convenience stores: highlighting sales items
Banks: featuring financial packages for different
Big box stores: encouraging store loyalty
Combining winning marketing strategies with digital media that speaks to main stream consciousness makes for a winning combination for retailers who engage point of purchase marketing, increasing sales and encouraging further patronage in stores that portray themselves as understanding today's customer.

Approaches to Personal Trainer Marketing
Many personal trainers rely solely on referrals and word-of-mouth publicity to drive their business to new heights. Unfortunately, there is too much competition for such passive tactics to work. Personal training marketing requires a number of techniques in order to be successful. With so many fitness professionals looking for new personal trainer marketing avenues, you need to be creative.
Your personal trainer marketing plan needs to be action-oriented and systematic. To start, you need a continuous pipeline of potential clients to take advantage of your personal trainer marketing approach. Your clients must already have a vested interest in you and your abilities. You want them to pursue you, as opposed to you chasing them. You want a personal trainer marketing tactic that is easy to work around.
To advertise yourself as a personal trainer marketing expert, you will need to establish your credentials. Make your clients aware of your field expertise by writing for fitness magazines, newspaper columns, newsletters and online articles. Build up a substantial portfolio of articles so that you can eventually publish them as a self-help book, yet another valuable source of personal trainer marketing. When you promote your book, it will lead to results for you as well.
Another effective personal trainer marketing strategy is to leverage your expertise and use it for public speaking. Contact clubs and other local bodies and offer to give a quick speech on a particular fitness related topic. While most clubs and associations will not pay you for speaking, you will gain valuable experience and build your credentials. Personal trainer marketing is about skills and personality, not just a race to the finish line. Your end results will justify the effort. By speaking at various locations and events, your audience will consider you an expert and will try to get your advice on their fitness problems. Soon, your personal trainer marketing attempts will see the rewards of success. Watch for opportunities that allow you to appear on television or radio shows as a fitness expert. This will help in building up your credentials as an expert and increase your personal trainer marketing abilities.
Consider sending mailers with a twist. Use a personal trainer marketing technique that is smart and effective. Focus on a specific area and send mailers to that area only, along with an offer for a free consultation. Use your marketing skills to generate an automatic response from interested parties. Be generous with before and after pictures, provide plenty of social proof and give the impression of scarcity. Many clients usually respond to limited time offers where they have to make a decision within a certain period of time. The idea is to coax individuals who have not made up their minds to make a conscious decision to work with you and become paid clients.
Such approaches can be easily overdone. Give the impression that you are in demand, but maintain approachability. You have a strike a balance between the two. If clients are not happy with your approach to marketing, your business may suffer.

The Ideal Physical Therapy Marketing Plan
Marketing your practice is a vital part of its success. If you made the decision to become a physical therapist, you are no doubt excited by the power to heal. When starting out, you may not know how to begin your physical therapy marketing plan. How do you get customers to your clinic? Once you have established a practice, how do you tell others about your services? This is where a plan on marketing plan is important.
Physical therapy marketing means not only securing clients, but also keeping them hooked. You also need to use physical therapy marketing to attract new clients. If marketing is not your cup of tea, hire a physical therapy marketing company to help you out. If you choose to do it yourself, here are some tips to help you pursue it effectively:
When you meet doctors, take the time to convince them of your abilities. Doctors are often asked to recommend a physical therapist, so take advantage of this physical therapy marketing opportunity and work towards referrals. Ask physicians if you can demonstrate your techniques to them to gain credibility and promote a working relationship. Find every opportunity to tell others about your practice
Try and spread flyers and information brochures at several different locations, with non competing service providers. These can include orthopaedic surgeons, chiropractors, massage therapists and fitness professionals. There is nothing like word of mouth publicity to generate referrals from your current patients. Each one of these providers as a large circle of influence and is likely to know at least 10 individuals they can refer to you. Over the course of a lifetime, this can be worth several thousand dollars. Adopt a bedside manner that makes your patients return to you and keeps your physical therapy marketing efforts worthwhile. Prepare yourself for additional workload, as the friends and family of former and current customers start calling your practice.
Find opportunities to market to large groups, such as public speaking. Search the internet or contact your local chamber of commerce to get a list of civic groups in your area and contact them for speaking opportunities. If you are having trouble establishing your practice, it may be time to consult with a professional. Qualified public relations teams have the skills necessary to take over your marketing efforts and normally possess a great rapport with local media representatives. Such individuals would call, leave messages and follow up with members of the local media. Building relationships with members of the media can get you free publicity, which in turn will build credibility in the eyes of patients and doctors. Dedicate at least one hour every other week to the development of media relationships.
Never hesitate to revamp your physical therapy marketing strategies. As time progresses, your current plan may become stale. To keep things fresh, consult with an expert regularly. Determine what's working and what's not, and make the necessary changes. Bring your practice to the next stage with a physical therapy marketing plan that is current and effective.

Establishing a Physical Therapy Private Practice
A physical therapy practice treats pain, promotes healing, and restores movement to patients. If you want to start a private physical therapy practice, you must find an affordable way to maximize referrals, revenue and reimbursement. By maximizing profit, your physical therapy practice can help you to reach the independence and freedom that you want and need. With every referral that visits your physical therapy practice, you will become one step closer to a decrease in workload.
Physical therapy has been evolving as a profession over the last 50 years, bringing terms like "anatomy" to the field and leaving a stronger medical connection behind. Ties to a "doctoring" profession are great for physical therapy practice publicity. Embracing recent changes, many professionals are excited about this change, while others remain apprehensive. Either way, the evolution into a physical therapy practice is inevitable for many working in the field.
Before establishing a physical therapy private practice, you need to ask yourself why you became involved in the field. What were your hopes and dreams? What goals did you want to reach? What were the most important aspects of pursuing this profession? You also need to determine how a physical therapy private practice will help you work towards the aspirations you have identified.
Success is where opportunity and preparation meet. You need to prepare a personal financial statement and find out how much you can afford to put into your physical therapy practice. You need to identify your competitors and see if the area where your project is located is suitable and convenient to all. If there is a physical therapy practice next door, for example, you may need to revamp your marketing approach. You could offer a different, fresh range of services that the patient community is looking for and instantly set yourself apart.
Marketing the services of your physical therapy practice is an essential component of success. You have to believe in yourself to overcome obstacles and work through the many challenges that you may encounter on the way. Have your products and services advertised on media so that people may get to know and understand what you are doing at your physical therapy practice; by doing this you will be drawing awareness to the public.
Train your staff members and hold frequent seminars to boost the success of your physical therapy practice. The more educated and motivated a staff member, the more likely they are to boost productivity and profitability for your practice. Remember, your staff is your investment in the future of your practice. Do your staff members posses the skills and abilities necessary to create a positive physical therapy practice experience? The better equipped your staff, the better your chances of running a successful physical therapy practice. Client satisfaction is a crucial part of any business, so be sure to include great customer relations as part of your physical therapy practice. With time, your physical therapy practice will find its place on the map and bring you to a new level within your own life as well.

Advertising a Charity Event
charity would never get anywhere if nobody ever heard of them. Advertising and marketing is just as important for charities as it is for any other organization or business. It's all about making money and creating awareness for those in need. There are plenty of fantastic ways to do this. It's all about making use of your resources and tools while staying open minded. Promoting your charity doesn't have to feel like a chore. It can actually be a lot of fun. Apply business tactics much like anyone else trying to make money does.
Look into taking out ads of some kind. This can all vary depending on the budget that you have to work with. Even if you cannot afford large scale ads, try pinpointing local radio stations and newspapers. A newspaper ad is a relatively inexpensive way to get your ad into the hands of many people. Don't overlook obvious resources like this that can help you greatly. A radio ad may be somewhat expensive but even just once can make a world of difference. Keep all paperwork and receipts for this type of advertising.
Make some flyers that describe and promote your charity. Post them up in all public community areas where that type of thing is allowed. It also may be beneficial to go around to local businesses. Ask them if you can put flyers in their window or leave some as pamphlets in their office for customers to take. Many businesses will be happy to help out a local charity. Don't forget about public places like the library. They often have bulletin boards too.
Try forming a committee of people to plan marketing and advertising. When you get a handful of people brainstorming together the ideas will be enhanced and everyone can play off one another. It's a terrific way to get ideas you never would have come up with on your own. A committee also makes it easy to distribute the work load evenly so that nobody is overwhelmed.
Make us of the internet. Search for terms related to your charity. You may be able to do some advertising on a related website or find forums where you can leave a message. You might be surprised how much marketing can be done online for free or for very little. It is the number one way to reach the world so make the most of it.
Ask a local TV station to run an ad for you. If you cannot afford to pay for one, ask if you can get a spot on the local news talking about your charity event. Most news stations will be willing to give you a small spot to make your event known to the community. If your event is a large public event then it may be even easier to get on TV. Sell tickets to a concert or dinner event. It's a popular way to fund raise and it draws people out for an entertaining time. Once you get your charity's name out there, you will find marketing gets much easier.

Creating an Outstanding Physical Therapy Website
If you are a busy professional, you no doubt recognize the importance of a physical therapy website. For those in the field, a physical therapy website can prove to be a valuable tool in attracting and maintaining customers. While you do not have to worry about the actual design, you will still need to develop an outline of your wants and needs. In order for a professional to put your vision online, you have to think about the information that your physical therapy website should contain.
It is crucial that you include your credentials on the physical therapy website. You don't want potential clients to spend too much time looking for your qualifications or they may look elsewhere. You want your physical therapy practice to be displayed in a professional and appealing manner that encourages visitors to stay longer than intended. A physical therapy website can also be used as a valuable educational resource.
It is always wise to add a personalized component to your physical therapy website. List the names of staff members so that new clients feel more at home when first visiting your practice. Studies show that web surfers respond better to sites containing photos, so do not hesitate to include images of your practice and staff members in your physical therapy website. A short biography may appear next to each staff member to bring more familiarity to the experience.
You want to advertise your business in a way that is of unique and special value to your clients. In addition, research the various ways that you can use your physical therapy website to bring in new business. Make sure the name, address, and telephone number of your practice is featured in a prominent place. Don't risk losing a new client simply because your physical therapy website was not set up in a user-friendly manner. Take that extra step and incorporate maps and driving directions to ensure that your clients arrive at their appointments on time.
Your physical therapy website needs to be informative and welcoming. Try not to crowd it with flashy graphics and too many frills; your physical therapy website should attract clients, not drive them away. While a Flash intro may be fine, if your site is too cluttered, it will detract from your message. Display your logo in a location on your physical therapy website where it can be easily remembered by visitors. Try to keep a similar them among your website, business cards, letterhead, and other related products. While it is important to develop a physical therapy website that reflects professionalism, it is equally important to create a logo that is simple yet effective, and makes an instant connection to your profession.
Achieve an inviting online presence by keeping your navigation simple and your design clean. Your physical therapy website needs to stand out from the competition and give visitors a reason to return. Opt for basic content and graphics to simplify the site even further. Consider hiring a professional writer to develop the content for your physical therapy website. Unless you have a knack for writing, even a perfectly designed site will be ill-received if is it filled with spelling and grammar mistakes.
When focusing on the content, pay attention to key words and phrases. Key word density will have some bearing on the ranking granted to your physical therapy website by search engines. Using a combination of both key words and meta tags, the most popular search engines are sure to pick up your physical therapy website. These key words should be directly related to your practice, providing a link for web surfers to be connected to your site, even if this was not their initial intention.

What to Look For in a New York SEO and Internet Marketing Company
If you run a business in New York, it makes sense to hire a New York SEO and internet marketing company to boost your website's local SEO rankings, but which one do you choose? There are literally thousands of New York SEO companies of all sizes and experience. How do you choose the New York SEO and internet marketing company that's the right fit for your business?
The answer, of course, is to do some research. Check around with other businesses in your niche to find out who did their website optimization. Search for SEO companies in directories of local businesses and get recommendations from the owners of websites that you like. Be prepared to ask about the services offered by the SEO and website design companies you interview. A good New York SEO, marketing and promotion company will be able to tell you how they will meet each of the following categories in optimizing your website.
How will you ensure that my website is indexed by the top search engines?
The answer should include a website analysis to discover any reasons that your website isn't ranking well in the search engines. If they start talking about submitting your site to hundreds of search engines, say a polite thank you and cross them off your list.
What kind of keyword research will you do?
Finding the right keywords can mean the difference between a little amount of inbound website traffic and a lot of inbound website traffic! In most cases, your keyword research will work best if it's a cooperative effort between you and the SEO company. Certain keywords produce large amounts of traffic and certain keywords do not, so ensure you hire the right agency to help you with your keyword research initiatives.
Search engine optimization and content writing
Will the company provide professionally written SEO friendly content for your website? Will they rewrite your current content to optimize it for your chosen keywords?
Site maps
Will the SEO company create a site map and optimize the internal link structure to make it easy for search engine spiders to find all the pages on your website? This is usually only necessary if you have a large website with large amounts of content.
Manual search engine submission
The search engine optimization company should manually submit your website to the search engines rather than using any type of automated script to submit it. That will ensure proper indexing.
Link building campaigns
Search engine optimization is a two-part process. The internal SEO includes the above, but it's only part of the equation. In order to be really effective, your SEO company should propose a link building campaign to bring in high quality, relevant incoming links to your company website.
In addition, the New York SEO company that you choose should include complete reports so that you can analyze the effectiveness of their work, and maintenance to keep your website at the top of the rankings once you get there.

5 Reasons How Video Advertising Can Help Your Law Firm Attract More Clients
According to a comScore study, it was found that 123 million Americans, or 70% of all North American Internet users, watched 7.2 billion videos over the Internet last year! Of course, these numbers have increased by now. However, this shows that videos are extremely powerful and an excellent way to promote your business over the Internet.
So, what exactly does this mean for law forms who want to use the online medium to market their services? Well, it means that the role of videos can't be ignored in generating new clients. Here are our five reasons why you, as a lawyer, or your law firm must incorporate video advertising as part of your Internet marketing strategy:
Get Closer To Your Prospective Clients: Audio-visual medium is extremely powerful in convincing people to make a purchase or hire a professional to address their needs. A video displayed on your law firm's site talking about you can really convince members of the audience to contact you. Videos are excellent Internet marketing tools and if made properly can really play a crucial role in convincing the visitor that you or your law firm is the 'Best choice' for them. You can also use videos to portray that you are an expert in a particular field of law thereby improving your site's conversion rate as well as attract the right audience.
Take Advantage of Google's Video Search Results: Now, Google even offers thumbnails of the videos at the top of the search pages and allows you to watch them within your search results without ever leaving the results page. Since Google is constantly changing and improving their search, adding video results to search results is indeed a welcome improvement.
Get On YouTube Now: Most Internet marketing experts have a common consensus about YouTube's effectiveness as an excellent promotional platform. YouTube now has 25% of all Google searches share. With over 75% share of video sites in the country, having your firm's video on YouTube is one of the easiest and most effective Internet marketing methods to greater visibility! Moreover, audiences are also using YouTube like a search engine to find information. In November 2008 alone, 770 million searches were conducted on YouTube.
Upload Videos On Your Site: A well-tested recipe to get an edge over your competition! Anyone seeking a good lawyer will look over multiple sites and then make the contact the shortlisted attorneys and law firms. The decisions are typically made after reviewing your or your firm's website. However, by uploading videos about yourself and your areas of expertise, you are ensuring visibility, authenticity and instant connection with your prospective client, thereby differentiating yourself from the competition in a unique manner.
Video Marketing Is The New Mantra: Ask any e-marketer worth his name and he'll tell you that online video marketing really works. Also, videos improve your conversion rates and generate greater targeted traffic.

The Ideal Personal Trainer and Fitness Website
In order to stand out from the crowd, it is important to develop a personal trainer website that is professional and effective. With more and more individuals looking for qualified professionals online, you can't afford to market a site that lacks information and desirability. Those interested in fitness are also likely to look for a personal trainer website due to failed dieting attempts.
It is easy to build a personal trainer website that appeals to the public. To gain a few ideas, look to the experts. High-profile entities, such as Bally's and 24-Hour Fitness know the techniques required to build a successful personal trainer website. Using a solid design that is user-friendly, these sites grab the readers' attention and make them want to work out.
Visit a variety of competitors' sites before deciding on a theme and design for your own personal trainer website. Tailor the design to your business, services and programs. Let potential clients know what you are all about as soon as they visit your personal trainer website. Provide information about fitness, a place for newcomers to ask questions, and links to valuable resources.
If you want to create a personal trainer website that is sharp and modern, look to the professionals. Hire a website designer to help make your vision a reality. A good web designer will cater to your needs and make further recommendations for your personal trainer website. If you find a web design that you like, make note of the link and show it to your designer.
If you truly cannot afford to have a personal trainer website created professionally, templates are available. These allow you to enter your details and content, choose color schemes, and develop a site with very little effort. However, they cannot always be customized to your satisfaction and you may ultimately feel as though your personal trainer website is running short. On the plus side, they allow you to create a personal trainer website that is inexpensive, if not free. Another benefit of creating your own site is that they allow you to make frequent updates without incurring extra costs.
There are three main types of websites, consisting of pre-made stand alone, pre-made customized or custom-designed sites. Pre-made stand alone websites have basic and common style and content, but they fail to offer many interactive opportunities, an important component of a personal trainer website. Common style sites can be used to create an effective personal trainer website but they require some computer knowledge. Finally, custom-designed sites are developed by professionals and prove to be the most ideal option when it comes to starting a personal trainer website.
Once you have established the right type of site for your personal trainer website, it's time to focus on the content. The text contained within the site should be fresh, unique, and helpful. Include information about establishing goals, fitness education, and inspirational stories. Take your personal trainer website to new levels by offering a site that is too good to refuse.

Using a Physical Therapy Newsletter as a Marketing Tool
As a physical therapist, your patients need to have complete faith in your healing abilities in order to establish trust. To achieve this, a physical therapy newsletter may prove to be quite helpful. In addition to providing information about your services and background, a physical therapy newsletter can be customized to reflect the particulars of your practice.
By sending a physical therapy newsletter to clients, you can market your practice in a way that is less obvious than most. This is the simplest, most cost-effective way to keep in touch with your patients, grab their attention and, in turn, attract their referrals. A physical therapy newsletter will support your credibility within your current client base, and attract newcomers. The best part of a physical therapy newsletter is that it can be sent as an e-mail, which may be forwarded to others. Before you know it, your physical therapy newsletter has circulated through a long list of inboxes.
When creating your physical therapy newsletter, a few pointers might come handy. Some of them include:
Keep it filled with rich visuals and compelling content. Check the articles for typos and grammatical errors. It is crucial that your newsletter be timely and relevant to what's happening around you. For example, a physical therapy newsletter developed in November may include a piece about aches and pains that are typically aggravated by the winter months.
Keep the tone of your newsletter positive and action-oriented. Your physical therapy newsletter should come across as friendly but authoritative, to keep you positioned as an expert and one of the most professional in your field.
For your physical therapy newsletter to have a lasting impact, send it out every fortnight. This schedule will remind your patients of your service without appearing overbearing or pushy.
Design your physical therapy newsletter to be released on a Monday. Studies show that Monday is day when most people check their e-mails. Since it marks the beginning of the week, it will stay fresh in their minds. Your physical therapy newsletter can either be faxed to your clients or sent through e-mail.
If creating a physical therapy newsletter sounds too complicated and time-consuming for you, outsource it to a professional physical therapy newsletter company such as therapynewsletter.com. A professional company will handle the branding aspects of a great physical therapy newsletter, provide articles, customize the look and feel, and handle the subscription part as well. By hiring a professional, you can use the time otherwise spent creating your physical therapy to work on other projects.
A well-designed physical therapy newsletter can mean hundreds of referrals every month. Do not let the opportunity pass you by, especially since it's one of the easier marketing methods to tackle. Be sure to include your contact information on your physical therapy newsletter so that clients can contact you whenever necessary. Include a note at the end to remind them to forward the physical therapy newsletter onto family and friends to help increase your customer base.

Why Do You Need Search Engine Optimization?
Why do I need SEO?
With over 100 million domains registered the Internet has become a crowded place. With so many more businesses competing for high search engine rankings, it is crucial to incorporate SEO into any successful web presence strategy. A web site without SEO is an exercise in futility. Having a great looking website with every feature you have dreamed of is meaningless without SEO.
SEO = Traffic = $
Visitors make any web presence a success, and there will not be any visitors without SEO. No web site today can be successful without proper search engine marketing. There are two fundamental elements to search engine optimization, onsite optimization and offsite optimization.
Onsite Search Engine Optimization
Onsite optimization has to do with optimizing the web site content for your target keywords. If your web site wants to rank for the keyword phrase "search engine optimization experts", you have to make sure the phrase is part of your web site content. Therefore, the page title, page text content, Meta and other tags should be optimized for your target keyword. One page should not be optimized for too many keywords. Instead, each web page should be optimized for a unique keyword. For example, the home page could be optimized for "search engine optimization", another web page for "seo expert", and another for "seo consultant", etc. Onsite optimization is important, but is not terribly effective on its own. It requires offsite optimization.
Offsite Search Engine Optimization
Offsite optimization is the only way to achieve high search engine rankings for competitive keywords. In other words, if there are other businesses competing for the same keywords you want to rank for, you must have offsite optimization.
Offsite optimization is all about links. Links are like gold when it comes to getting high rankings. Without links your site will not achieve high rankings. Links are considered votes by search engines, the more links you have pointing to your web site from other sites the more important your site is. Links tell the search engines that others think that your web site is valuable, and valuable site are ranked higher.
Beware of Guarantees
Some companies will guarantee page one search engine rankings, but reputable companies would never do that. It is impossible to for an seo expert to guarantee ranking for any competitive set of keywords. Search engine optimization is a process of continuous improvement. You can expect improvements, but it is unrealistic to expect to be number one for a very competitive keyword phrase.
Be Patient
As you know, the competition for high rankings is fierce. It is unreasonable to expect high rankings for competitive keywords for a brand new web site. Search engines value the age of a web site. The older a web site the easier it is to improve its ranking. Don't expect to knock out your competition by putting up a web site one day and expect to beat them in the rankings by next month. It is not uncommon for new sites to take six months to a year to get decent rankings for competitive keywords.

3 Tips To Optimizing Website Content For Ranking In The Search Engines
Anyone can make a website, but to be an effective internet marketer, you need a site that will rank well. This will allow for the most exposure, which leads to more traffic, which will lead to more sales.
This article presents 3 big tips for optimizing website content for ranking in the search engines.
1. Unique Content A lot of people are putting sites out there that are basically clone sites. The search engines are becoming smarter and are identifying these sites to rank them lower. The search engines want to see that you're giving value to the web, not just cluttering it up. What you want to do is provide a site that has good unique content.
Think about it like this: If you're choosing between 100 sites that look the same and the one site that is different and unique, which one are you going to choose? The one that's different or looks even a little better is going to get more hits. Take some time and think through how you're going to present your site. It might take longer to do this, but in the end it will pay off.
2. Good keywords Many internet marketers know that it's all about the keywords. You can make a good site, but if it does not have the right keywords, it won't rank well. So how do you find them? There are many free tools out there, including one by Google.
There are also many pay sites that can tell you how popular a keyword is. Generally, you want to find keywords that have a high enough number of monthly searches, but a low number of competitors. A good guideline to follow is a keyword that gets 200 or more monthly searches, but has 10,000 or fewer competitor sites. If you can, try to find about 20 30 of these.
3. Website Structure Once you have your keywords, what do you do with them? Well, search engines use something called "spiders" that visit your site and take information from it. Your goal is to make it easy for the spider to extract the relevant information on your site.
You can do this by using a keyword rich title. Make your title one of your money keywords or if you want to use more than one, separate them using "|" (the key above "enter"). At the same time, limit it to only 2 or 3 keywords. Choose the best ones and let that be the title to your site.
You can also use meta and robots tags. Meta tags go in the header of your site, and its also a place where you can put keywords that are relevant to your site. Don't overdo it, though, because the search engines will think you're keyword stuffing, which will hurt you.
The robots tag basically gives permission to the search engine spiders to search your site. Just use the , and the spiders will spider you site.
This article presented 3 tips for optimizing website content for ranking in the search engines. You can use these tools to help build ranking, boost traffic, and hopefully make a lot of money!

An Effective Approach To Health And Wellness Marketing
With so many products available on the market, health and wellness marketing can be difficult. It only takes one trip to the supermarket or drugstore to be overwhelmed by the wide variety lining the shelves, making it a challenge to stand out from the competition. Fortunately, there are ways to single out your product using various health and wellness marketing techniques.
In order to make your health and wellness marketing techniques worthwhile, personalize your concepts. Show customers that you are different by appealing directly to their wants and needs. By adopting a personalized approach to health and wellness marketing, you will give the impression that you are customizing your services specifically for your consumer.
In order to identify a custom pattern for your product or service, take a look at direct marketing. Direct marketing is an ideal tool for personalizing your health and wellness marketing plan because it takes you to your customer. Although this method is very effective, it is often overlooked by business owners who focus solely on online contact. Internet marketing can be a great tool when it comes to health and wellness marketing, but it is much more impersonal than direct marketing. In a field featuring such a personal connection, health and wellness marketing that links directly to the consumer will prove to be more valuable in the long run. Small businesses often struggle to find their place online, and relying solely on Internet tactics may actually work against you. Consumers are also wary of online businesses and have a hard time gaining trust when it comes to Internet-based health and wellness marketing.
It is important to approach this method of health and wellness marketing in such a way that it connects you to your local customers and provides them with a personalized experience. To assist in making contacts, participate in workshops, trade events or seminars, and invite current customers to attend, preferably with a friend who has yet to try your product or service. Schedule as many sessions as you can handle and use the opportunity to educate your audience about your offerings. This type of health and wellness marketing will prove to build your contact and client base, in addition to providing you with valuable experience.
At the end of each speaking or demonstration event, push your health and wellness marketing opportunities by setting aside time for a question and answer session. Provide helpful tips and advice to your customers and the rewards of personal advertising will soon be yours. Once a customer has met you in person, they will be much more likely to continue using your services or buying your products, and subsequently recommend them to others. Health and wellness marketing that takes place through physical meetings will allow you to build a rapport with members of the community. You can also use this opportunity to provide samples of your product or discounts for your services.
Direct marketing is a form of health and wellness marketing that helps you network while generating leads. If customers believe in your products, they are much more likely to provide your name to friends and family members, who will then tell others. Your business will soon be recognized as one that caters to customers, provides sound knowledge, and is trustworthy, without the necessity for a large health and wellness marketing budget.

Marketing a Fitness Business Successfully
Marketing a fitness business is a challenging process. Owners are often overwhelmed by the number of marketing methods available, causing them to make irrational decisions that result in wasted time and money. Fortunately, there are a few ways to make the task easier:
Start with your customers and ask yourself what they really want. Marketing a fitness business should include a plan that is as customer-driven as possible. Use tools like questionnaires and surveys to assess your clients' needs and gain some insight into future business decisions. By knowing your customer, you will be able to tailor your plan to directly coincide with their needs. Marketing a fitness business is much easier when the opinions of clients come together with your own personal vision.
If you have already secured a satisfactory client base and are simply looking for ways to expand your business, you need to upsell. Marketing a fitness business successfully depends on your ability to retain current clients, in addition to attracting new ones. If a customer purchases a training program, be sure to explain the benefits of buying into a diet coaching program as well. When attempting to upsell, do so at the point of sale. Make the second item seem like an add-on to the first purchase, as opposed to a new product. Regular clients will bring simplicity to marketing a fitness business because you will already be capable of matching their interests to products. If you don't have any new products to offer a current customer, think about reorganizing programs and packages.
By pleasing your current customers, you will reap the rewards of referrals. Marketing a fitness business through referrals is one of the most underestimated strategies out there. When clients are happy, they recommend your products and services to other, leaving you with very little work to do. Using a mix of customer satisfaction and product or program incentives, marketing a fitness business grows more and more effortless.
Of course, in order to achieve the ultimate in customer service satisfaction, you need to show clients that you actually care. When marketing a fitness business, add a personal touch to your client care system by making a note of customers' birthdays and anniversaries. When a special event arrives, give them a small gift or discount to bring attention to the fact that their business is important. In addition to operational skills, marketing a fitness business properly requires customer service opportunities that outperform the competition. Your clients' gratefulness will reflect nicely in your referrals and provide you with fantastic testimonials.
If you need to build your current client base, it may be time to sift through the list of prospective customers the ones who were close to joining a program or purchasing a product but never followed through. This is just one of the many ways to reach new customer levels when marketing a fitness business. Check your records and contact the clients who expressed interest in your products or services. Attempting to seal the deal a second time around is all part of marketing a fitness business. Should they decline, ask them for referrals or offer them a consultation. Prepare a script ahead of time so you're not fumbling over your words.
Not surprisingly, the Internet will prove to be your best ally when marketing a fitness business. Set up a website that instantly catches the attention of new customers and allows your existing clients to interact with you. Use interactive features, such as chat forums to make customers feel as connected as possible. Be sure to include enough keywords in your content for your site to be noticed by search engines. To make the most of marketing a fitness business online, add related articles filled with keywords to help reach a higher concentration.
Some potential customers will respond better to a more personal approach. Take advantage of public speaking opportunities whenever possible and you will soon be recognized as an expert in your field.
Finally, ensure that marketing a fitness business is rewarding for both you and your clients. Promote a balance of wellness and fitness to give them an overall sense of accomplishment.

Both in-person and online fitness businesses can benefit from the overwhelming amount of marketing tools available on the Internet. Details can be provided by posting articles about your company or by providing a link to your website.

Your ads and links may also appear in online search results.
Social Networking Sites
By setting up business or personal profiles on social networking sites, you can market products and services through fitness business telemarketing with very little effort. These types of popular sites, such as MySpace and Facebook, are a great way to reach clients without investing significant amounts of time or money. When you are contacted or visited by a referred customer, you know they sincerely want to learn more about your fitness business. You will also see first-hand the positive results of proper fitness business telemarketing strategies.

International Internet Marketing
Companies based in Ireland have particular problems when it comes to optimising and marketing their web site. These problems are different and additional to companies based in the United Kingdom or the United States.
Domain Name Issues
Choice of domain name is the first issue. It is usually quite easy to find the .ie domain name due to the difficult and expense of registering an Irish domain name. Irish domain names are much easier to get to the top of Google's search engine results in Ireland, they are though almost impossible to get to the top of search engine results in the UK or elsewhere.
As Irish businesses expand they often look towards the UK as their first export market and at that point they run into the .ie problem. Often the decision is made to purchase the .co.uk extension of their business name. UK domains are more in demand and not as often available even company names. Additionally companies are then starting in the UK search results with a new domain name this in competitive areas will take at least a year to start ranking for their key search terms.
When buying the original domain it is wise to buy the .com and .co.uk name at the same time. This is a good long term strategy, which looks towards expansion in the future. When these other domains names are bought it is useful to put up one page about their company. If this is done then Google will see the name as older and more established if the company ever need to market on this domain name a huge help for getting good rankings in Google.
Web Hosting
When companies combine a .ie domain name with Irish located web hosting it is another barrier to entering the UK market, however it is great for Irish search results.
Web site hosting is ideally within the country that is being targeted. Moving a .com name hosted in Ireland to a web hosting in the UK is a good idea if the target market is outside of Ireland and predominately the UK.
It is easier to rank a UK domain name in Google's Irish search results than it is to rank an Irish domain in Google's UK search results; this can of course change at any time. It is fairly obvious though that the Irish search results are not being competed for by Irish companies, many of whom are not performing the basics of on page optimisation which could have them ranking in the first page for some of their key search terms.
Link Building
This is the last major barrier to enter the UK search market. If an Irish company is using a .ie domain name it is much harder to build links within the UK. UK IP addresses are required to get listed in the UK for non-UK domain names. It is harder to list in a country if your domain name is specific to another country.
UK web directories will often not accept Irish domain names. There are ways to help over come this. It is a good idea if an Irish company has a UK address and phone number on their web site, this makes building links slightly easier. This is often done using virtual offices, a very cheap option to establishing a UK presence.

Internet Marketing The Information Connection
Did you know that many individuals are making significant income simply by marketing information on the Internet? Did you know that some of these individuals don't even have to personally create any of that information?
Some individuals have successfully created an information network that relies on the thoughts and expertise of others. For instance a free article directory generally provides their service at no cost to writers who have knowledge in a certain field. That information is considered valuable by article directories so they offer the opportunity to publish your material at no cost to you or to them.
The same is true for many companies that deal specifically with blogs. They may offer free space for bloggers to use.
If these companies are offering their services for free how do they make money?
The short answer is through Pay Per Click (PPC) and banner advertising. If these sites can be viewed as authoritative and offer a wealth of information they will gain an increasingly large share of site visitors. More site visitors mean more advertising clicks. This translates into additional wealth.
Why isn't everyone doing this?
Again, the short answer is that in order to build a reputation for quality you need significant content. In order to gain significant content you will need to either possess incredible patience or be viewed as an incredibly prestigious location for experts to store informational content.
Is there a strategy to developing this type of business?
One of the best ways to achieve this goal is to work with as many recruited writers as possible. This may mean paying money you may not recoup in the short-term in order to reach a plateau that proves a self-sustaining environment.
I am aware of one gentleman who is working to develop a very intense resource for better ways to do almost anything. In his first six months he has paid hundreds and thousands of dollars to writers to develop a comprehensive list of online guides. On a recent week he received less then $2.00 in PPC revenue.
The good news is this gentleman has developed other sites that rely on content for their sustainability. He is not concerned at this point that his venture may be in trouble. It's actually developed the way he thought it would. He saved enough capital from other ventures to fund the startup of this new venture.
Do you mean to say this isn't an immediate income producer?
Anyone who has ever worked with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knows that it can take time to get noticed and even longer to gain a top ranking. This idea may be a bit like planting a forest knowing there will come a day when there will be significant shade. While you wait you must simply feed and water the trees in the hopes the forest grows to maturity. When fully grown that proverbial forest will attract many visitors and provide reason for many to seek you out.
This idea will require significant attention to behind the scenes details. As you become larger and more established you might find your expectations for content need to change. You may also find that a growing number of exceptionally qualified experts may express an interest in providing content. In other words, the premise that pushes you forward will always be to provide the best content possible. You may find it necessary to raise the quality bar on a regular basis.

Video Marketing to a Pop Culture
More and more websites are using video marketing techniques to reach out to consumers. They may develop a professional and informational video that includes visual links to their website and market them through places like YouTube and other similar video distribution sites.
For instance you may find there are sites that deal with entertainment news that will develop dozens of videos that consumers discover searching for information on their favorite personality. Those videos will work to direct that consumer to their primary website.
Some businesses will find that news organizations or even customers have created a video discussing or using their product. Those existing videos can be placed on the company website for consumers to view in an effort to show the value of the product or service you are offering.
If you have a video produced for online viewing you can use music and visual tone to provide the atmosphere customers might gravitate to in determining a willingness to not only buy, but to extend trust.
You should never minimize the emotional impact of the tools you use. For instance if your site deals in nostalgia then you might want to accentuate elements of nostalgia for your customers. Provide visual clues to the history of the era you are discussing. Talk about the 'good old days' and what made them good. Invite consumers to grab their own slice of memory in the form of your product line. After all, this trend is seen in restaurants across America. It is found in the family rooms of homes throughout all fifty states. Jukeboxes, pinball machines, tin signs and collectible memorabilia are some of the more common nostalgic elements. There is a market for these things so why not use visual media to market that sense of connection with a personally memorable past.
On the other hand if you were to talk about homemade pine bough furniture you might find an earthy, rootsy approach to sharing your marketing information. If you are seeking to connect with teens you would obviously look for a video that appeals to the vital need for electronic connection and individual taste.
Face it; virtually every customer has been inundated with pop culture. Consumers have a connection to the presence of video and audio. You may actually find that they intentionally seek out video on sales sites. They want to see the product or service in action. They want to visualize what life would be like with what you have to offer. They want to imagine the possibilities associated with the product.
Many will gravitate toward this type of presentation to the exclusion of reading a well-written synopsis of the product. They would rather see and hear than read. This may speak to a fundamental change in our culture, but consumers really have changed the way they want to be approached with a broad range of subjects. When it comes to consumption they often prefer visual cues first. Create something new, use existing video tools, develop visual guides and allow the use of video to enhance the user experience as well as your profit margin.

How to Have a Book Website That Effectively Sells Your Book
If you're a book author, you want to make it as easy as possible for people to say yes to you:
Yes to being interested in you
Yes to being interested in reading your book
Yes to buying your book
To do this you must have a website (people buy books online) and you must have a website that makes it easy for potential book buyers/readers to know what your book is about and what you are about.
Here are six errors that get in the way of people saying yes to you:
1. You don't have a website. Okay, this is an obvious one. But there's a part of this error that may not be as obvious.
Let's say you don't have your own website, but you have your own page (section) on a book organization's website. Is this good enough? Probably not, and here's why:
On an organization's website you have to fit your own round pegs into square holes (or the other way round). You are limited by what that site allows you to do, and you may be making it too easy for people to jump away from your author page to someone else's author page on the same site.
If you have your own site, you can put the best internet marketing practices to use on the site. But do you know those best internet marketing practices?
2. You hire a web designer/developer whose sites are beautifully designed. But he/she has no knowledge about internet marketing practices and optimizing a site to encourage the search engines to find you (SEO search engine optimization).
You need to find a website builder who constantly keeps abreast of the best practices of internet marketing and SEO optimization and who builds these elements into your website.
And one big element that you definitely want for your website total control once the site is up. This means you can make any change you want instantly without waiting days for your web master to make one tiny change.
3. You don't let a visitor to your book's website know instantly what genre and age-level your book is. Or even whether the book is fiction or nonfiction.
Website visitors are not mind-readers. You have only a very few seconds to tell them that they are on the right page if they're looking for the kind of book you're selling. (Yes, you're selling your book.)
You must immediately announce what your book is about. For example, if your book is a Young Adult fantasy novel and the first of a proposed series, let your website visitors know this info immediately.
Of course, the number one way is to have a book cover that conveys this information (a 12-year-old protagonist wielding a sword is a big clue). Yet even if you have this optimized cover, you need to repeat the information in large type right at the top center of the page. (And be sure not to have too much surrounding copy that could detract from "getting" this message immediately.)
You do not want to mislead people into thinking the book might be for them when, for example, they only read hard-core crime drama and your book is a YA fantasy novel. But you definitely want the fans of YA fantasy novels to know instantly they are on the right page!
4. You don't have any way to capture the email addresses of potential readers/fans. This is a big error that can be rectified by utilizing a service that enables you to:
ask for email addresses
have the person verify his/her address so your messages can get through the spam filters
store the addresses in a database
send automatic email messages (called autoresponders) to these people to keep yourself and your book projects at the front of their mind
5. You don't have a clear call-to-action a button or link clearly marked: Buy the Book Now. Remember, your goal is to sell more copies of your book(s). Make it really, really easy for people to do so. (No, don't link to the home page of Amazon. Link to the page where people can BUY YOUR BOOK on Amazon.)
6. You let the design elements of your website overpower or detract from the important elements that can sell your book. If you're "guilty" of any of the above errors, you should consider immediately taking steps to rectify these. And at the same time, consider getting a website that you can totally control yourself once it is set up.

How to Get Ranked High in Search Engines
Since the inception of the internet, there have been certain group of webmasters who have been able to utilize the media effectively to market their money making sites. Webmasters who develop and run sites/blogs/forums for personal use or as hobby have totally different objective than money making webmasters who run sites to make money online. For the later group, running an website is all about making money and these webmasters view the internet as a source of free traffic that generates revenue for them. Some are somewhat successful in this online marketing venture, some are making a killing, and for some it is nothing but a total failure.
So why there are so many different outcome given that all are using the same internet to market their sites? Difference is the knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization). Better knowledge a person has on how to optimize a site for search engine, more successful s/he is in getting the site ranked higher. And we all know what it means when a certain site gets higher ranking on Google, Yahoo, MSN, and other search engines. It means free traffic which generates revenue. This revenue can come either from contextual advertising, banner advertising, paid membership, affiliate marketing, or even direct sales of product and services.
While the concept of search engine optimization sounds a little easy, it is actually a highly competitive and extremely time consuming process in reality. One needs to spend countless number of hours developing the site or blog keeping search engine spiders in mind so that spiders or robots can crawl the site properly and fetch the site content for indexing purpose. Then there come the job of on-page optimization which involves optimizing the site content, title, description, and spreading the targeted keywords (search phrases) evenly and wisely across the pages. Proper site navigation, XML sitemap, and adding RSS or ROR FEED also falls under the umbrella if on-page optimization.
Well, doesn't sound all that bad. You can do it, right? Yes, you can and so can anyone else. So what give you the competitive edge and how in the world your site gets ranked high in search engines competing with hundreds of millions of sites out there?
Link Building or Backlinks
Yes, that's right! More backlinks your site has (more sites linking back to your site from their sites), more votes you have in the eyes of Google and higher your site ranks for a particular search term. For example, if you have a site selling Blue Widgets, then you find the sites that currently show up for that search term and how many backlinks they have and just build more backlinks than your competitors.
How Do You Build Backlinks? Not hard at all actually. There are plenty of methods of building backlinks to your site and often, lots of them are totally free of cost. Link directory submission, article submission, RSS feed submission, dofollow blog commenting, forum posting, social bookmarking, press release submission, they all can give you the backlinks you need. However, it is an extremely time consuming process and finding all the sites to get backlinks form is not an easy job to do if someone is not completely familiar with the process.
Don't lose hope quite yet. If you are not sure how to build backlinks for your site or simply don't have the time to do so yourself, then there are SEO companies offering several different webmaster services that will provide you the required backlinks to your site. These SEO companies can also help you with proper on-page optimizations and even can offer you custom SEO packages that will benefit your site in terms of ranking. So either you work on SEO or link building yourself or you outsource your project to an SEO company, you just have to do it one way or another. Your competitors are already doing it so why not you?

How to Write Social Media Book Author Profile Pages to Attract Potential Readers
If you are a book author who wants potential readers to find you on the internet, you want to be as visible as possible in places that those readers might be. And in almost every social media place that you sign up for such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn you are given the opportunity to write a profile about yourself.
What should these profiles say to effectively attract potential readers?
Twitter Has Only 160 Characters for Your Bio Info
Let's start with Twitter with 160 characters max for your bio. Obviously you are going to put that you are a book author (perhaps fiction or nonfiction) and presumably you will have a book website URL for the "more info URL" field in your profile. What else are you going to say in those 160 characters? That depends.
Do you have a business besides being a book author? If so, you may want to put info about that business in your bio. Or is there a particular hook about your book that you want to get across in your bio? Perhaps your book is a novel based on a true story.
Your goal in the brief Twitter bio is to make yourself interesting enough (although all true) that people can find "connections" to you and want to follow you.
This means that you must not leave this bio blank. If you want people to follow you on Twitter, you have to be willing to share about yourself.
And remember that you can change this info easily. For example, if your book wins an award, you should consider changing your Twitter bio to reflect that award. Revisit your bio every couple of months to ensure that it presents the most up-to-date version of yourself.
Facebook Has Much More Space for Bio Info
Now let's move on to Facebook, which has a longer bio section under info on your profile page with the ability to include as many of your own website URLs as you want.
Now here's the often-overlooked extra of Facebook:
You can have a very brief bio section under your photo that people can see when visiting your wall page as well as your info page. This is a golden opportunity to get the most important points across in a very short space. Because, honestly, how many people are going to read all those long entries on your info page? (And for the long entries, do use lists instead of long, dense paragraphs.)
Take advantage of this brief, easy-to-read bio with the info you most want to share with your Facebook friends. Note that this may not necessarily be the same as the info you choose to share with your Twitter followers, even though in both cases you want to emphasize that you are a book author. And, again, update this brief Facebook bio every couple of months.
LinkedIn Has Its Own Peculiarities
Now for the third social networking site LinkedIn. This site gives you a very brief space to put a few words under your photo along with the opportunity to provide a brief summary of your business. Book authors should take advantage of both places to convey their most important information. Then the rest of the profile info on LinkedIn is more job and career-oriented.
There is one important "trick." LinkedIn only allows three website links. But don't click on "My Company" or "My Website" or "My Blog" before putting in the links. Click on "Other" in each case. Then to the right of "Other" put descriptive words such as "Book Blog" or "Book Site." You want potential readers to know they can find out about your book(s) at your sites.
As with your other social media profiles, revisit your LinkedIn profile info every so often to ensure that the info is up to date.
In conclusion, don't make the mistake of thinking that these profiles are unimportant and thus you dash off writing the info. These profiles provide the information that helps make you interesting to potential readers. Spend as much time writing and revising these social media profiles as you would spend writing and revising any paragraph or page in your novel or nonfiction book.

Is Internet Marketing Working For You?
This whole concept of internet marketing can be quite confusing and frustrating to most. I know I've been struggling through it for the past year and still have not made one red cent online. However I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars searching for that right course or product which could give me the all illusive Internet Lifestyle I keep hearing about. Well, I had just about given up when I ran across yet another ebook dealing with Internet Marketing.
I thought to myself should I purchase it? I have purchased so many internet marketing eBooks and though I have read through most of them and tried to apply what I have learned I still have not made any money online. Then it dawned on me that if I'm buying these books then there must be others buying them also. How could these Internet Marketing courses and eBooks continue on the net if no one was buying them? So I decided to try again and maybe this time I would get the information that would tie it all together.
Thinking about it I knew that informational products, specifically one's dealing with Internet Marketing where very popular and I must have been doing something wrong. The truth is even with all the tools at my disposal I still had not been able to crack the code.
Trust me when I tell you that I have all the tools, you name it I've got it. Auto-responder, HTML Editors, Word Processor, Image Software, FTP Client, Web Hosting, Screen Capture Software, Video Editing Software man the list goes on and on. The problem is implementing all these tools in a consistent manner. Who has the time? I don't. The learning curve alone is a killer.
But I went ahead and purchased yet another ebook on Internet Marketing. Well, guess what this one was the one I needed. It outlines in a simple to follow way how to utilize all these tools and start to make money online. Since reading it I have been able to get all my ducks in a row and finally have cracked the all illusive Internet Marketing code.
It really is quite simple when you have a good guide and this ebook is that guide. I got so excited that I just had to share my experience with the rest of the struggling Internet Marketing Newbie's. This ebook was my saving grace. Now I know I can make it online following simple steps. If anyone out there is struggling as I was then you owe it to yourself to have a look at it.
The cost is minimal compared to the overly priced and hyped products out there claiming to show you how to get rich online but the only ones getting rich are them.
So in conclusion if you're tired of buying products that don't deliver on their promises and want to really get your Internet Marketing career off and running head on over to internetmarketingonlineprofits.com and you be the judge.

Video Cash Explosion
WOW. I have just finished going through Shannon Lueck′s Video Cash Explosion and I have to say I am impressed. If you don't know who Shannon is then let me give you some background about her.
Shannon is a regular person, she has spent years trying to make money online and jumped from project to project and never really got anywhere, a short time ago this changed when she got a mentor and finally picked a project and worked at it until it was a success.
Now Shannon has taken this project and made some great money from it, more per month than many people working a full time job, and she puts in a few hours per month. This is the dream many budding internet marketers aim for
But Shannon has achieved it
And now, Shannon has made her process even simpler and documented it and made video's and packaged it all together with some kick ass software and called it Video Cash Explosion.
I have reviewed many internet marketing products in the past and some are good, some are not so good.. But Video Cash Explosion really does take you from nothing to success
.
So then, you want to know exactly what you get in Video Cash Explosion?
Video Cash Explosion contents Outlined:
Pre-Step 1 gets all the newbies up and running, clear instructions on ho to get your own Domain name and Hosting.
Step 1 This Video shows you how to pick a market and a product to promote.
Step 2 Takes you through putting together your own video presentation, and with this step Shannon has included the editable power point files as well as a script that you can customize for your own presentation.
Shannon also takes you through setting your video up using Camtasia
Push Button Video CashStep 3 A fun step
How to use the included software program. This is worth the cost of the product alone! Push Button Video Cash Software does away with a lot of the 'brick walls' that Newbies hit when they are trying to actually 'do' the things they need to do to get their promotions online. This software is like a 'two in one' because it has a really great little keyword tool that will help identify the best keyword phrases for you to target. It doesn't get any easier! it even comes complete with 5 templates to choose from
Step 4 Promotion Part 1 - Describes a simple, easy to follow free traffic system utilizing up-to-date Web 2.0 techniques, as well as some more 'tried and true' methods. The methods are all good clean methods that will see your traffic rise and rise as time goes on, nothing that will annoy google:)
Step 5 Promotion Part 2 -This video presents another free traffic technique, and takes you through the whole process to simplify it, and make it so anyone can do it, again, all good clean tactics.
Step 6 - Promotion Part 3 The final step in the Video Cash Explosion process. Shannon gives you another proven promotion method and shows you how to use Article Marketing to promote your site. Many packages that cost more than this will only teach you about this one aspect of marketing.
Now I will be HONEST with you, if you are an experienced marketer then you may not learn any ground breaking new stuff, but the software and the presentation slides are still worth the money alone. If you have your own product then Video Cash Explosion will make it easy to market your own prodcut.
Video Cash Explosion will work to market any product in any market, all you need to do is follow the steps Shannon provides you with, and you will go from total beginner to having your own money making website that gets free traffic from the search engines.:)
I am currently in the proccess of making a mind map of the whole proccess and who ever buys from my link will get a free copy of the mind map which saves you the time of having to make notes while watching the video′s and after you have watched the video′s once and understood it all, you can simply follow my mind map on its own.
So, to order the fantastic Video Cash Explosion then please visit http://www.cashcannons.co.uk.

Will Online Shopping Increase the Need For Leaflets?
The Internet has increased the number of commercial transactions that customers all over the world can make with any country regarding almost any product or service found online. As a result, Internet advertising and online marketing are one of the most buoyant advertising and marketing areas in the modern world. Those businesses that seek to increase their profit margin, venture into online transactions, and in Internet advertising and online marketing as well.
However, the cost of Internet advertising and online marketing is expensive and also implies the need to modify the business into becoming able to provide shipping and handling services, as well as an expanded guarantee on the products or services that they are selling in the worldwide marketplace. Most companies seek to have the additional financial support that is accessible through bank loans and mortgage renderings of even the same building where the business is located; others prefer to increase their net gains in their local market so that they have a sufficient quota of financial resources to venture into the worldwide market.
This need and eagerness to explore new markets and potential business transactions makes most businesses or companies cut down and sacrifice on their regular and basic expenses, such as traditional advertising and marketing forms. However, advertising their products, services or businesses still is a basic necessity and requirement that they have to cover; consequently, they will seek to cover it in the most financially accessible and affordable manner possible - this is through leaflets.
Leaflet advertising can be done in a very economical manner with just a single colour ink and the most affordable type of paper; making it noticeably cheaper, and allowing the business to change the display and arrangements of the leaflet as frequently as desired or required. During the Christmas holiday season, it is a highly utilised manner to advertise special sales and seasonal promotions; this season presents a unique opportunity where any business can advertise in this manner by printing on Leaflets without losing presence in their local target market.
Naturally, there is no need for the business to limit itself to a single coloured leaflet. While these are the cheapest form of leaflets, there are multicoloured leaflets and leaflets printed on special paper which can be effective for attracting the right target audience. Even though the use of these special leaflets for printing promotions implies a bigger cost than printing on regular leaflets, the multi coloured leaflets will not over burden the financial budget that the business is seeking to maintain for their market expansion plans.
Leaflets can be printed in small printing workshops with whatever quantity of leaflets you will require, so there is no wastage and no need for the business or company to deal with massive numbers of leaflets to hand out, making it additionally simple to change the layout, information, style and the colouring of the leaflet to adapt and adjust to the season, promotions and the products that it is intending to advertise.
Therefore, the increase of online commercial transactions has made the printing of leaflets not only an alternative - but almost a necessity.

Will There Be a Time When the Business Card Goes Electronic?
The increasing number of commercial transactions that are being carried out through the electronic media that the Internet represents are slowly but definitely changing the way we conduct our lives. Not only in a personal manner or the way we interact with those around us, but also in the way that we work and provide for our families and ourselves.
So much so, that in the past we used to have customised Christmas cards printed, we used to address them and write on them personal messages directed to those people that we love so much. Nowadays, people will log into a specific greeting card website and send hundreds of animated or still emails that will contain a link to an additional place where our Christmas card is located.
The same applies to our purchases; we can have products from across the world delivered to our doorstep in just a matter of weeks, and we can even pay for them in a matter of seconds without even having to leave our desk or chair. Communicating and contacting those that are dear to us once required dialling a phone number, walking to a house or writing and mailing a letter; now, all it takes is logging into a chat room or writing an email, and we can have an answer from that special someone just as quick.
If our personal life has changed that much, the way business is conducted by businesses in the world has to change too. As a result of this, even business cards have changed; most of the instant messaging programs such as the ones that you can use online, for example MSN, Yahoo and ICQ, have an option for the user to upload and create their own business card as an additional form of promotion.
The same thing applies to most email service providers, and even some cellular phones have this particular feature. Such a trend is reinforced by the ecological tidal wave that has been launched in all media and business worlds to use electronic media instead of paper and other consumables that require manufacturing processes that are said to pollute the air, soil and water of the world. Therefore, it is understandable to see that in a future not far away, business cards will become an electronic medium just like the Internet and emails.
Yet, just as with any other electronic media, electronic business cards will require to be a novelty, attention-catching and modern, otherwise they will be dismissed, just as today the paper variety are dismissed if they possess a lack flair. While business cards with just the name of the company and the relevant data will not be necessary or used anymore, attention grabbers such as animated graphics and even textured images will be the trendsetter for electronic business cards.
The dawn of the electronic Business Card is yet to come, however, it will happen and the business, company or independent professional that wants to thrive and bloom in the middle of this electronic birth has to keep up with the changing times.
It might be a good time to learn programming and computer design!

Why Business Cards Are Important Over Christmas
The marketing strategies that are carried out during the Christmas season are one of the most important things that any marketing manager or advertising agency can utilise for their clients. Business owners are aware of this fact and as a consequence, they react, seeking to have the right form of advertising to include in their purchases.
During this holiday season business cards are used to pass along information to customers as they make purchases in stores both online and bricks-and-mortar.
A Christmas holiday season is a heavy economical spill season; people maximise their credit card debt and use most of their monthly income for the purchase of Christmas paraphernalia. Buying gifts, decorations, food and other components of the social interaction called Christmas takes the highest financial percentage in any household; as a result, customers will seek the best alternative to buying these items.
Only the best retail stores and businesses will be granted a massive purchase; however, the awards for the best stores (those who offer discounts, additional gifts and other enhancements for purchasing customers) will be kept in the memory of the customers. This is why business cards during the Christmas season are of the utmost importance; any business or retail store believe that it is the best one in their field, whether they are selling toys, clothes, cooking supplies, or any other type of merchandise.
Even though most customers make their business transactions in the same stores every time and do not venture into new stores or businesses during the holiday season, sometimes they do if they happen to see a new store that accommodates their needs, or that provides them with new benefits. They will then seek to include this new store in their regular product-purchasing stores.
It does not matter whether the customers are willing to take that extra step and make a note of the benefits that the new store will provide them; since it is not one of their regular stores, the chances of them forgetting about it as time passes by increases. To prevent this, and to prevent losing potential customers, businesses offer them business cards.
During the rest of the year, business cards usually are printed on white cardboard paper with the information of the business and the details of a particular person that is the one giving out the card. As such, these cards are fairly plain and simple; however, during the Christmas season, the intention of Christmas business cards is to make them attractive enough for customers to keep. In terms of printing and cost, business cards are less expensive than Christmas corporate or business cards, however, it will depend greatly on what the business wants as a design.
Christmas cards come in pre-set designs in which small printing workshops print the personalised message that the business or store wants; Business Cards have to be created from scratch, so, according to the type and form of the business card design, it might be that a Christmas business card is more expensive than a Christmas card.

The Top 10 Most Extreme Leaflet Printing Ideas
Our modern lifestyle means that the advertising and marketing campaigns that most businesses launch are highly competitive; consequently, each time these campaigns are more attractive and go over the edge, creating a new level of expectation and awe. On the other hand, there are collectors that take a particular interest in popular advertising and marketing campaigns, such as the Christmas season advertising campaign that a popular brand of soda launches every year.
As a result, most companies seek to make their advertisements as attractive as possible so that they will not only accomplish their goal - position their products and company high in the preference ranking of the target market - but also to be attractive enough to become popular and be collected. A collectible can reach a high amount when sold on auction sites and similar places, even after just a little time after the ad has been launched to the target market.
Therefore, both advertising and marketing businesses, as well as the businesses and companies that are requesting the ads, are interested in making the campaign ads as popular as possible, enticing and tempting ad collectors to add these to their personal collections. In this manner, the same advertising that has worked for a special campaign season will work to raise the presence of the company higher and more permanently than it could by the mere use of an advertising and marketing strategy.
Consequently, they will seek to make sure that the technique that is used to print the ad is the most advanced and attractive as possible. Even so, at the same time, it is desired that the ads that are printed are also manageable and that can be easily stored. This will work on two different levels - on one side, the leaflet that is to be handed out will be kept due to the beauty and attention catching elements and on the other side it will make its information known to several people, not just the one that is receiving it; this will enhance the performance of the leaflet.
Such techniques are frequently used for the printing of movie ads and consumables such as sodas and junk food. Some of the most popular printing techniques for extreme Leaflet Printing are:
Lithography and plastic polymer. This technique allows the marketing business to charge a reasonable fee for the lithographic printing however, the glossy coat of the plastic polymer will make the leaflet captivating yet more expensive than what it might seem.
Relief printing. As its name indicates, this printing is done in the relief portions that are to be enhanced; commonly used in business cards, it is a popular printing style for leaflets.
Serigraphy. It provides a relief contour to a special area of the leaflet, making it noticeably attractive.
Flexographic. While it is time consuming and efficient, it leaves little room to enhancement and experimentation.
Gravure. This process is the most popular when applying made to order colours to a leaflet, because they can be added one layer at a time.
Screen printing. Usually this method is used for low-cost leaflets, still it can make great advertisements.
Electrophtographic. This method prevents bleeding processes in the printing of leaflets and the quality is almost as good as lithography.
Microcapsule. This is the choice of printing for small sized prints with few exemplars and a great quality.
Thermal sublimation. Usually this method is used alongside with wax printing.
Wax printing. This is one of the most expensive methods and is not recommended for small printing quantities.
However, there is no written law that any leaflet should be only printed with one technique or that different techniques cannot be mixed together.

5 Tips For Test Marketing Inventions
There is no reason that test-marketing inventions should cost 1000s of dollars. A little effort and a lot of imagination and boldness and you can find out how valuable the market will see your invention.
If the market places no value on your invention, then your invention idea should stay just that an idea. Make sure that there is a market for your invention before you spend time and money getting a patent. There are 1000s of patents that will expire without generating a dime in revenue for the inventor.
5 tips for test marketing inventions are:
1. Go to stores that you would like to see selling your invention.
2. Ask the stores who controls the most shelf space in this market sector.
3. Ask the stores who the biggest distributors are for these types of products.
4. Call the distributor and set up a meeting.
5. Get students (either HS or college) to do a survey for you to check the market.
These tips are simple, but very informative. They will help you with test marketing inventions. The first step seems obvious, but is done far less than it should be. Visit the stores in which you would like to see your inventions displayed and sold to customers. Visit at least 3 and preferably 5. This will give you a good idea of your target customer as well as some hints to why they may buy your product at these stores.
When you talk to employees at the store, don't just talk to the manager. Talk to the person who may have some experience stocking the shelves. Ask them if they restock these types of products often. Also, ask them the types of questions that customers typically ask about this type of product. Also, find out what types of promotions really move these types of products off the shelf.
Find out who the largest distributors are for these types of products. Contact the distributors and find out the process to submit new products to them for representation. This can go along way when you talk to manufacturers.
Most distributors know the market pretty well and can offer a lot of info, if asked in the right way. Don't reveal the secret sauce of your invention, but tell them just enough to get them interested in helping you make them money. These distributors can, if handled correctly, be your secret weapons in test marketing inventions.
Lastly, get a student to do market research for you. Ask them to approach it as if they were doing a research project. Tell them what you want and ask them to write the questions. You may be surprised with what they come up with. Make sure the wording of all of the survey questions is simple and to the point. People won't ponder too long.
Throw in a question about the most desirable benefits or features that the customers want from these types of products. You may find something that customers are seeking that will give you an even better market niche.
These same contacts that you make during your research can be very valuable during your invention-marketing phase. You want to understand how to develop an income stream by marketing inventions. The stores and distributors want to have access to the best solutions and products that their customers seek. It is a win-win. Present it as such and you have gone a long way toward successful invention test marketing.

Niche Marketing For Real Estate
Niche marketing, according to definition in Wikipedia, is when a business is addressing a need for a product that is not being addressed by mainstream providers. In real estate, as in any business, niche marketing narrows the funnel of potential clients, customers or prospects down to a specific market group.
Many agents have asked, "How do I find my niche market?" The answers I have heard are as varied as there are niche markets! The easiest answer is to find the market that the others have left behind or are ignoring. Another good answer is to become the recognized expert in a specific market group. A good example is farming and becoming a neighborhood expert by concentrating your marketing and knowledge on a specific neighborhood or subdivision.
Farming and niche marketing are closely related. Farming is an old real estate term and niche marketing may sound better for this modern market, but you do similar things to achieve the same results. When you pick a neighborhood to farm, you try finding a neighborhood no one else is farming. It is the same with your niche market; you need to find one that will give you a good return on your investment of time and resources.
Like most agents, my current marketing is directed towards the internet consumer. I am not alone in this endeavor, and have found it crowded with likeminded agents. To distinguish myself, I needed to find an area where the other agents were not so concentrated. Instead of marketing just Arizona real estate, I narrowed it down to Gilbert real estate. I found that Gilbert had a large population of agents marketing Gilbert real estate and Gilbert homes for sale. I had to break the market down to smaller segments to get noticed. I was able to establish a niche market while our office was doing foreclosure bus tours last year. By blogging on the subject, I was able to reach the foreclosure market segment. We even had articles about the tours in the Arizona Republic and on the local Fox News channel that developed from those blog posts.
I heard some agents that have claimed to re-invent marketing to communities by advertising or hosting contests at local events. It's not that new; I can remember a Realtor that had his name on the outfield wall of the local little league games when I was just a boy. The only difference between then and now is the new electronic mediums that we have available to reach that business. A local high school booster, here in Gilbert, donates bottled water for the athletic department to sell during events. The athletic program gains needed funds from the proceeds and the booster benefits by having his company name, phone number, email and web address on the private labeled water bottles. His niche market is the high school sports audience, staff, parents and students that benefit from his participation.
Then there is the story, told by a popular real estate coach, about two agents that started their business by doing open houses for the other agents in their office. They scheduled several daily and grew their business from that niche.
So where can you find your niche in today's real estate market? Go back to the basics and start with your sphere of influence (SOI) and break it down into segments that will bring the business you are looking for. Some more niches could come from neighborhoods, community events, sporting events, churches, schools, groups, service organizations, clubs, first time home buyers, foreclosures, pre-foreclosure, environmental, short sales, eco friendly, blogs, social networking, etc.
Remember not to limit yourself, go out and find your niche!

A Google Adwords Primer for the Home Business Entrepreneur
The news lately does not too look good for print media. I see articles (online) on an almost daily basis about how major newspapers and magazines are in serious financial jeopardy. The bad state of the economy notwithstanding, people are abandoning these traditional media outlets in droves. The internet has dramatically changed the way in which people inform themselves on current events and general news items. To make matters worse, a big part of the print media decline is greatly diminished advertising revenue.
Not only has the internet opened up a whole new world of news delivery for people the world over, it has also completely shaken up the traditional advertising model for small and large businesses alike.
The premise of traditional advertising is to get your ad in front of as many people as possible; the more eyeballs looking at your advertisement the better. Your chances of quality prospects responding to your ad will increase as the number of people who see it increases. The big problem is; the more people who will potentially see your ad, the more expensive the advertising becomes. ($3 million for a 30 second Super Bowl ad??? Holy smokes!)
This is what is commonly referred to as the shotgun approach. Blast a round of advertising at a group of people and hopefully you'll hit a few decent prospects.
Actually, if you really think about it, this is an extremely inefficient means of advertising for the home based business owner believe me, I know how monetarily wasteful traditional advertising can be. Like the old joke goes; half of all your advertising goes to waste wouldn't it be nice to know which half?
Maybe the shotgun approach makes sense for the large corporation with a massive advertising budget. But, for the small entrepreneur, there is a much better advertising alternative; it's called Google Adwords.
Google is the undisputed king of internet search engines. So synonymous with web searching is Google that their name alone is now used as a verb. You need to look up information online? Just go and Google it! I don't know about you but I don't use any other search engine but Google.com.
Google has harnessed the power of their web presence and search reliability to develop the greatest advertising program of the modern age; it's called Adwords. Once you really grasp the concept of Adwords, you will see that, for the small entrepreneur, it is the most efficient and cost effective means of advertising to be found anywhere.
The mechanics of how to implement an Adwords campaign and get the most out of it is way beyond the scope of this article. Matter of fact, entire, multi-chapter books have been written on this one topic alone. What I am encouraging you to do is explore the potential of using Adwords to grow your own business. There are tons of great articles and resources to be found that will help you to get a better understanding of this powerful medium. And, if need be, there are even Adwords consultants out there with plenty of experience who can help you get started.
Remember earlier how I referred to traditional forms of advertising as taking a shotgun approach? Well, using Google Adwords is like advertising with the precision of a highly skilled marksman. For now, suffice it to say that an advertisement can be placed on the world's most popular search engine with such accuracy that only your best, most highly qualified prospects will ever see it. And, you'll only be charged for showing your ad IF your prospect actually takes action and clicks on it.
Now I'm not here necessarily shilling for Google they don't need little, old me to sing their praises. What I am doing is looking out for my fellow home based business entrepreneur. I've had many different types of businesses over the years and have spent untold thousands upon thousands of dollars on print advertising much of it a complete waste. I want to try and help you avoid traveling that same, wasteful path.
At this point I encourage you to learn more about the Google Adwords campaign. It will only cost you an investment of time as there are numerous resources and articles to be found online that provide some great information on the topic.
The bottom line is this the internet is changing everything, including the ways in which business is conducted. You have to keep up or you will be left in your competition's dust.

Free Way and Paid Way to Affiliate Marketing
There are Free Way and Paid Way to affiliate marketing. The advantage of using Free Way to affiliate marketing, is no additional cost, thus whatever you earn is 100% net profit. But the disadvantage is time consuming. What I mean is it takes time for Free Way to drive in traffic. I will explain further.
Free Way to affiliate marketing
1) Go to any affiliate marketing site and sign up free account. I believe the most well-known site is Click Bank. There are other sites like Commission Junction, BnB Revenue, etc... After sign up, select the right product to affiliate. Choose product that has high conversion rate. Copy your affiliate ID link, example www.affiliate.com/?aid=yourID. When someone click this link, he will be directed to your affiliate site. I would suggest buying a domain name, so no one may know it is a affiliate link. Anyway, a domain name cost less than $10 per year. This is option but useful. Choosing a the right domain name helps in affiliate marketing.
2) Find as much information as you can for your affiliate product and write dozens of articles. You may Google search and copy some portion of the information into your articles but not all. Cos some article directories may reject your article as it is similar to other article. It may take up few days for your article to be published. I would recommend publish your articles to Ezine Article directory as it is one of the largest directory. You may also publish to some other article directories too. Remember to put a link to your affiliate site at the end of your article. When you write good article, it will attract reader to click your link.
3) Join Forum. Sign up as member in a forum and get to know as many members as possible. Do not try to sell them anything, build the rapport first. Once the rapport is built, do not say you are affiliate some product and ask if they want to buy. Rather ask them question if they have heard of the product you are affiliating. Arouse interest in them and guide them to your link.
4) Join Online Group. You may join Yahoo Group and Google Group. Do the same as you are doing for forum.
When you are using this Free Way, it may take up to a month to drive in your desired traffic. I would recommend to use paid way too.
Paid Way to affiliate marketing
1) Other than buying a domain name, you may choose to buy hosting too. But this is optional. Buying hosting means you are creating your own web page. This is time consuming if you have no experience or knowledge. Creating your own web page is good because you can share with people how has the product you are affiliating help you. Telling your story will increase the number of sales.
2) Online Classified Ads. You may go to online classified ads to place ads to promote your affiliate product. This is another option other than search engine.
3) Google AdWords. It is the fastest way to drive in traffic. Be sure to do research before using Google AdWords. When Google AdWords is properly used, it can drive in thousands and thousands of traffic per day.
In order to be successful, you need to have both ways to drive in traffic.

Compliment Slips the Ultimate Include in Everything This Year
In yester years, business cards used to be attached to almost every form of merchandise and transference from one business to the next during the holiday season. Such business cards usually had a corporate good wish or tiding for the season directed specifically to the company as an entity; as time progressed, these business cards were transformed and substituted by corporate Christmas cards, that still maintained the same essence of sending a good tiding or wish to another company.
Nonetheless, such corporate Christmas cards meant that everyone was on the same page, being politically correct and celebrating each party on their religious holiday was something that was not required. A Christmas season was a universally accepted holiday; now, the modern lifestyle requires everyone to be politically correct and congratulate people on the correct holiday, so Christmas has stopped being a universally accepted festivity and not all Christ-believers actually celebrate it.
Therefore, the need to compliment a company or a person for a job well done had to be done in a different manner; it simply was not financially logical to have Christmas, Hannukah, Al-Hijra or Kwanzaa cards to match the different religious beliefs of the employees, the commercial partners or even the customers. As a result, the use of compliment slips has begun to be broadly accepted.
Compliment slips were used mostly between companies, providers and customers of specific services or prime materials. The discussion and need to be politically correct with an increasing number of different religious, political and ideological groups have made compliment slips a perfect alternative.
The simple and sober design of a compliment slip makes it a great money saving idea for any business or company; furthermore, since their whole idea is to keep the company from being politically wrong, there is no need to have any Christmas decoration or form of ornament, just the logo and the normal information of the company or business. Name, address, phone number, website and web address will suffice; nonetheless, the use of the company logo is something that should be considered and even included.
Furthermore, the minimalist design allows the company or business to have the compliment slips printed anytime of year, making it easier to distribute the expense according to their own tax deduction agenda. This benefit also broadens so that the company as an entity can have printed as many compliment slips as they want for each area or department, or have one single design for the entire company. They can also have different designs created just for a change, or have a custom-made design that will stand out among others of the like.
Not only companies benefit from the use of compliment slips. Individuals can also use compliment slips to maintain a politically correct attitude when they have to make a gift for the Christmas season or any other gift exchange, and they do not have nor want to make a personal statement on a gift card , or do not know that person's personal faith.

Flyers and the Christmas Rush For Sales
Knowing the ways in which consumers make the choice to purchase any specific product or service and not another is the key to the success in sales all through the year; however, this knowledge is of the utmost importance during the Christmas holiday season.
The main three points by which any consumer will select a product are: Browsing, Selecting, and Purchasing. Of these three points, the main and most important one is browsing. During the browsing stage of the purchase, the consumer will seek and gather as much information as possible on the different products or services that they have decided will satisfy a particular need. For example, if a man wants to give a woman a bag, he will start to gather as much information as possible on fashionable women bags.
In the information that the handbag-seeking male gathers is not only the price, but the raw materials and the name of the designer or creator of the bag. He will also inquire as to the the uses of the bag and what celebrities or any other factor has caused that particular brand of women's bag to be such a fashionable item.
Therefore, the best alternative for dealers, retail stores and even manufacturers is to launch an advertising and marketing campaign that will enhance the benefits and advantages of their products. Nonetheless, such campaigns will lose momentum due to the massive drive of competitors to launch their own campaigns; consumers require the support and assistance of flyers.
With flyers, consumers will gather the information that they are seeking, and will be able to conduct their own research with regard to what product or service they are searching for at that particular time. Naturally, flyer printing is something that demands a lot more than the simple white paper and one ink; in flyers, competitors also seek to make their own a lot nicer, more flashy, and they enhance them in such a way that everyone will want a flyer, whether they are searching for that particular product or not.
A flashy and attractive flyer will be taken, saved, and later read, in contrast to those that are not flashy or attractive; a person who is overwhelmed with seasonal shopping most likely will not stop and ponder whether the quality or the lifespan of the product that is advertised on the flyer is adequate or not. They will take the information that is placed on the flyer, compare it to the information that they have gathered by another means, and make their decision on that particular product or service.
Finally, a well-made flyers will become the measuring stick by which all other similar products will be compared to; this is particularly important when a person is searching for a gift or product for a person of the opposite sex. The amount of information that any person has on the opposite sex's requirements and product usage is limited at best, therefore, the use of flyers will be an important assistance in seasonal shopping.

PPC Internet Marketing: Understanding Keyword Match Types For Major Search Networks
If you are intending to do any kind of pay per click advertising on the internet, you will probably mainly deal with the "Big 3" search engines Google, Yahoo and Microsoft (MSN). All 3 have fairly similar business models and all work in roughly the same manner. There are however some differences the user should be aware of. One example is how keyword match types have certain differences from Search Network to Search Network.
As a search engine advertiser, it's vitally important for you to know exactly when your ad is going to be displayed. The match type determines whether your ad will be displayed to the user on the basis of how the search query matches your keyword.
As an example, lets say you are promoting a website dealing with digital photography, and one of your key words is "Canon digital camera"
EXACT MATCH
Google:
Exact match in Google will only match the EXACT text and nothing else. Any words before, after, in between or the phrase with words re-arranged will not count. It will only match if "Canon digital camera" is typed in as a search query. "Canon digital cameras" or "Buy Canon digital camera" will not trigger an exact match.
MSN:
Almost identical to Google, but they ignore words like a, an, the etc. Which means that "a Canon digital camera" is considered the same as "Canon digital camera", and is therefore an exact match
Yahoo:
Yahoo have what they term as Standard Match. It not only matches the exact phrase but also includes singular/plural, common misspellings and alternative spellings. The following would all trigger Standard match in Yahoo:
"Canon digital camera"
"Canon digital cameras"
"Cannon digital camera"
PHRASE MATCH
Google:
The ad will be triggered in phrase match any time there is a search query that includes your keywords using the same word order. This means that the phrase "Canon digital camera" must appear somewhere in the user's query. The search can include words before or after your keyword, but not between them. For example
"buy Canon digital camera"
"Canon digital camera on sale"
will both trigger the keyword as a phrase match.
MSN:
The same as Google
Yahoo:
No phrase option is offered with Yahoo search marketing.
BROAD MATCH
Google:
The ad will be displayed any time somebody types in a search query that includes the keywords, regardless of the actual word order. This means there could be additional words in front of, behind, or even in between your original keyword phrase.
There is also some light synonym matching. For example, the following might all trigger the keyphrase "Canon digital camera" on Broad match:
"Used Canon Camera"
"Compare digital camera Nikon and Canon"
"Canon Powershot SD750"
MSN:
Very similar to Google will but will only trigger a search query that includes all of the words. There is also some light synonym matching. Generally not as broad as Google.
Yahoo:
In yahoo it is known as Advanced match and will be triggered by any query that contains all of the words, plus singular/plural, misspellings and synonyms.
It is important to note that in all the search marketing systems, Broad and Advanced are the DEFAULT type of search matches. So be careful as they may not be specific enough to target the market you are trying to reach.
NEGATIVE MATCH
Google:
These are words that block unwanted searches that you believe may not be relevant to what you are offering. For example, if your ad deals with only new cameras you might want to exclude buyers who are looking for used cameras from clicking. So if you include "second hand" as a negative, if a person types in "second hand Canon camera" your ad would not show up.
MSN:
The same as Google
Yahoo:
Known as Excluded Match, is very similar to Google and MSN but singulars and plurals are considered equivalent. For example, if you wanted to exclude people searching for camera lenses, you could put "lens" as an excluded word and the query "Canon digital camera lenses" would not trigger your ad.
Match types play an important role in determining which ads will be displayed for the specific selected keywords. When setting up an ad campaign, try to envision how each match type will affect your keywords. You also need to anticipate keyword variations that may result in unwanted visitors clicking on your ad so that you can filter out non-profitable traffic.

Information Products: Fifteen Factors That Boost Their Perceived Value
Although the going rate partially depends on the target market, ebooks currently tend to sell for $29.95 to $49.95. Single audio recordings fall in the same range. Length isn't necessarily a multiplier. For instance, if you produce an ebook that is three times the typical length, you can't necessarily charge $89.95 to $149.95. People would be suspicious that the additional content was redundant, or that you'd increased the length through large type, a lot of white space or wordy writing.
So what kind of magic wand transforms a $29.95 product into one that people happily pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars for? It's not magic. Simply add as many of the following factors as you can to your offering, and watch people readily fork over big money.
Fifteen Factors That Boost The Perceived Value of Information Products
1. Practical focus. People pay more when a product teaches them something or gives them whatever they need to accomplish a task. Someone who shares stories about their summer vacation in France would find it difficult to charge more than $19.95 for their product, but if the product enables buyers to speak real estate French in two weeks or to buy vacation property in France at bargain prices (or both!), that could easily be worth more than a hundred dollars to purchasers.
2. Specific outcome. Participants will pay much more for a product that promises to deliver a result or outcome rather than merely offering education, insight or support. Compare "Complete Your Business Plan in 30 Days" or "Get Booked in Soap Opera Roles," which clearly aim at a specific result, with "Managing Difficult Customers," which is bound to be helpful but does not target an outcome.
3. Focused guarantee. People expect a money-back guarantee of some sort, but when you highlight the expected result in the wording of your guarantee, customers better understand the value of what they're getting and become more willing to pay for it. For example: "If you don't get booked on a single daytime soap within six months of buying the course or are unhappy with it for any other reason simply return it for a 100% refund." When you analyze this guarantee logically, it's not that different from a blanket money-back guarantee, but emotionally its confidence is far more convincing.
4. Testimony of results. No one wants to be suckered, and testimonials reassure the shopper that someone has purchased and felt good about spending the money. Don't even bother with unsigned or partly anonymous testimonials, which are not believable. Enthusiastic, raving praise can't hold a candle to customers signing their name to specific results they achieved from your product. Indeed, when I receive a strong testimonial saying exactly what the customer was able to do or how much more they made after consuming my product, I have been known to instantly raise the product price.
5. Hard-to-find information. When a product includes information someone can't otherwise buy or that they can't normally even find, the price can go sky-high. Smart information marketers create or acquire a bonus item in this category, which not only lets them charge more but also induces more lookers to decide they just have to have the item. Prior to the Internet, speakers bureau owner Dottie Walters, for example, offered a directory of bureaus around the world as a bonus for a two-year subscription to her magazine. It persuaded people who didn't necessarily even want the magazine to keep renewing to get the directory.
6. Timeliness. Information that is hot off the press and tied to new developments fetches a premium price. For instance, when the stock market has just tanked, investors can be desperate to spend money on a product like "Investment Strategies for a Down, Down, Down Economy." Combine such timeliness with elements #5 and #7, and you should be able to make a killing.
7. Reputation. If the author or presenter is well-known, impressively credentialed or highly respected by the target audience, the package can cost much more than for a no-name unknown. Add a factor of exclusivity to increase the premium value even further for example, the product is available to newsletter subscribers only.
8. Tangible materials. When an information product includes printed materials and CDs or DVDs that come in the mail rather than just downloadable stuff, the perceived value rises greatly. Buyers appreciate having a physical copy of what they've bought, not simply a bunch of files on their computer. This doesn't mean the materials have to be glossy or expensively packaged. Indeed, a very simple yet professional design emphasizes the specialized, exclusive nature of the information.
9. Access to the guru or expert. You can easily raise the price of an information package $300 or more if it includes the right to ask questions or interact with someone who is looked up to and not generally accessible. The access can come in the form of a buyers-only forum, consulting time, a telephone conference call, a critique coupon or buyers-only call-in hours. And guess what? Most people who pay extra for this sort of option do not actually use the access, yet they consider it worth having spent more money on.
10. Consulting, coaching or mentoring component. Here there's a more formalized kind of one-on-one help or advice included with the product, prompting a steep rise in perceived value, even if, as with #9, few participants take advantage of the opportunity. Since they figure that's their own fault, they're still willing to pay the premium fee for something that makes coaching, advice or feedback available.
11. Community or support. Customers may feel isolated and unsure how to find others who share a particular challenge or achievement. If so, providing access to a group of people who, let's say, are running a third-generation family business or recovering from a rare kind of abuse has extra value for people.
12. Additional services. My $795 home-study course on presenting profitable teleseminars includes having me distribute a press release for them at no charge a $149 value. Here you're not simply piling on downloadable bonuses, which everyone knows cost next to nothing to deliver, but bundling in an extra service that would normally cost extra, such as free proofreading or a free reality check for the participant in "Complete Your Business Plan in 30 Days."
13. Tools. Include software, spreadsheets, calculators, checklists, scripts, templates, samples, workbooks and so on as another way of increasing perceived value. These items aren't informative so much as useful in accomplishing tasks. To the extent that the average buyer hasn't encountered the tools elsewhere, perceived value rises.
14. Certification. Participants adore it when satisfactory completion of your program entitles them to call themselves a certified something or other. Because this beefs up their credentials, they're happy to pay more for a program that includes certification.
15. Continuing education credit. Some professionals have to earn a certain number of education credits each year to keep a license current. If that applies to your content area, investigate which organizations hand out the credits, then apply for inclusion in their program. The very same content is worth more to participants who can satisfy continuing education requirements by buying your information.
Along with increasing the perceived value of information products, these fifteen factors strongly reduce refund requests, too. Now go back through the list and think about which elements you can incorporate to boost your infomarketing profits!

Blogging For Money: Tips And Tricks To Earn More From Blogs
Blogging for money is among the great ways in which you can earn money online. Blogs have grown to be extremely popular nowadays and almost everyone has a blog found on the internet. Through blogs you are able to express your thoughts and feelings about a certain topic, and at the same time you have the place to promote and review certain products and services that help you gain more income. But how can you exactly get money from blogging?
Based on Yahoo Answers, here are the quick, easy, yet effective ways in generating more profit from your blog:
First, you have to set up your own blog. It's easy to set up one, and a lot of blogging software programs can be found online. You can begin with a free blog (just check if it allows ads), or set up one that needs a domain and web host. The latter is more effective since you get to establish your own space throughout the online community.
Next, you choose the topic that you want to blog on. This topic will serve as your niche that you will follow all throughout, and you will soon be generating content under this niche. If a company hires you to do paid to post services, then you will have to write about their goods and services, either promoting them on your blog or writing reviews about them.
If you don't want to do this kind of service (although it does pay really well), Yahoo Answers suggests that you choose an ad service. This can be in the form of affiliate marketing or by posting related banner ads on your site. Remember, the advertisements should be related to your blog topic, otherwise you won't be able to generate good traffic and high income.
You can also incorporate the ads with your paid to post services, as long as they fall under the same niche. Your income would then double since you not only receive payments for your writing services, you also earn commissions from the affiliate programs you have signed in.
After these steps, the next thing you have to do is to introduce your blog to the rest of the internet community. You can do this by joining social media sites, social networks and other places where people gather and discuss things. You can join in the conversations and eventually include your blog in the topics, so that they would be able to check out what you have to offer.
Through social media, you not only make your blog popular, you also increase its traffic. You get to create link building strategies by reaching out to other blogs of the same niche, as well as get to know the real people behind them. From there you can create partnerships which can lead to more money making schemes.
There's nothing to lose when it comes to blogging for money. All you need is a blog to start with, and you can go ahead with the options to earn. If you like writing then you would like to venture on paid to post services, or just fill your ad spaces with ads. Just don't forget about the role of social media to help make your blog more popular over the web.

Easy Ways To Increase Free Blog Traffic
When it comes to promoting your site, you should learn how to incur free blog traffic. Yes, there is such thing as "free" traffic on blogs, but at the same time there's also "paid" blog traffic. To buy blog traffic however is not always a good investment, as increasing blog traffic can be done on several ways without spending a dime. Thus, if you want to learn more on how to double your blog traffic at the same time gather more inbound links, then here are some easy ways you can do it:
Join free blog directories. In these directories you can submit your blog and have it linked with other registered blogs under your niche, and from there people who view those member blogs would be able to see yours as well since they are related. You just need to have some patience during the first few days of being part of blog directories, as your blog still has to be properly categorized before it becomes available for viewing.
Another great way to increase free blog traffic is by making comments to other blogs in your niche community. Through this method you get to converse with other blog owners and developers and see their viewpoints about your topic. By making comments, viewers of those blogs would more likely check out yours as well, especially when your opinions greatly tickled their interest. Most of all, you get to connect with the people behind those blogs, and eventually build partnerships and link strategies with them.
Increasing blog traffic can also be done by joining social media and networking sites. Social networking sites are places where real people go to and update their profiles, thus real people would be able to check out your blog once you showcase it in these sites. You can then form an account in MySpace or Facebook so that you get linked with the members and see how they can help boost traffic by getting more inbound links to your blog.
You may also generate blog traffic by adding your blog URL on your signature at forums. By joining at forums, you get to discuss different issues with other webmasters and end users belonging to your chosen niche, thus you also get a lot of helpful information from them. You get to stay connected, while at the same time provide significant regular updates to your blog.
Another thing you should remember is that viewers love dynamic and interactive content. They easily get bored with reading, thus they need some eye candy. In order to increase inbound links to your blog, you should post videos and images on your blog for them to check out. Most high-traffic blogs have images posted on their pages, and you can do the same thing as well.
Free blog traffic can also be derived from ping service aggregators such as Pingomatic and Pinggoat. These aggregators alert RSS feeds of those who have subscribed to blogs related to your niche, and your blog can be featured as well as a relevant page to visit. Thus you wouldn't have to worry about increasing blog traffic because this service will do the job for you.

Use the Services of a SEO Expert to Beat the UK Economic Crisis and Increase Web Traffic and Sales Figures
With businesses concerned with the economic crisis, now could be the best time to get your website to the top of the search engines and get targeted, increased traffic to your web pages by using a UK SEO expert.
Search engine optimisation (SEO) is increasingly popular for business owners and webmasters, due to the cost effective and long-term benefits that top rankings on the major search engines can bring to your online business.
A successful search engine optimisation campaign will last long-term, but results can take up to six months for new websites or domains, but for some websites that have been online for twelve months or more, it is possible to see results as quickly as forty eight hours, it all depends on how well the website has already been optimised or marketed.
With high returns on investment (ROI) and proven results, website SEO is in high demand and to win new business you need to be on the top ten results to attract lucrative web traffic. Increased web traffic leads to increased turnover, when implemented properly, using proven, ethical methods.
In the UK, 20% of businesses have increased their advertising spend online, just when budgets for marketing are being lowered or reviewed. The UK's top two websites in November 2008 were Google with 30.3 million visits and MSN/Windows Live with 23.9 million visits, this is a clear indication that website owners need to capitalise on the mass of traffic available from website promotion using SEO, as well as services such as pay per click (PPC).
With companies being hit by the economy and businesses finding it harder to win new contracts, now is a good time to invest in SEO services, which have long-term benefits for web sites if implemented correctly and ethically.
As more and more businesses get wise about the necessity of SEO, it will become increasingly difficult to obtain top ten rankings, as competitors will also start using an SEO company or consultant for their internet marketing campaigns, so start your marketing campaign now to get ahead of your competitors.
Choosing a marketing agency is a very important task and to ensure success on the web, choose a SEO consultant with experience and evidence of top ten rankings on the major search engines, this will help to ensure success for your campaign.
SEO Tips
Now it is 2009, it is a good idea to update the website copyright date on all pages, to reflect that the sites are updated and not dormant, which may help your ranks on the major search engines such as Yahoo and Google.
Reciprocal link campaigns are still carried out by many SEO firms but this is not advisable as the major search engines are forever reducing the importance of reciprocal links, so it is always better in the long-term to obtain one-way links, which are better for your website and carry more weight with the search engines' algorithms.
For businesses based in major cities such as London, New York, Madrid and Paris, you should be able to find great internet marketing consultants by typing into Google search terms such as SEO services.

A Buyers Market For Quality Used Cars
The country is officially in recession, the downturn in the economy can actually have a positive side- it's a buyer's market for people looking to buy a quality car which has been previously owned.
With many car dealerships struggling to stay in business there are some fantastic bargains to be had. You may not be able to afford a brand new car, however you can find a previously owned car with low mileage, which is in immaculate condition and has an excellent ownership history at very affordable prices.
Many car dealerships have lowered their prices further still-making the choice of used cars within your price range even greater. This is all really positive news for anyone buying a previously owned car this year.
The advice to be cautious when looking to buy a car which has been previously owned cannot be emphasised strongly enough. Opt for a company which is well established and has a long history of selling quality cars. Their business has been built on their reputation of excellent service and satisfied customers. Those which have a repair service department are also a good option as they have other means of income during lean selling periods. A repair and services department will also save you time and energy looking for a reputable garage to have your car serviced or repaired in the future.
Another great advantage to buying from a reputable company is the possibility of having finance arranged. Hire purchase is ideal if you are looking to keep the car over a long period. With a low deposit and agreed repayment time-subject to acceptance and terms and conditions-you will have ownership at the end of the agreed repayment time. For those who change their car on a regular basis there is Personal Contract Purchase. This type of finance offers both a flexible deposit and flexible repayment terms over two to three years. There are other ways to have finance on a previously owned car, but unless you use a reputable car dealership these options may not be available to you.
There are hundreds of quality used cars available-spend time looking online to see the type of cars on offer within your price range. Alternatively use a car dealership and ask them for a current list of cars either by make and model or price. Remember it is a buyer's market at the moment-use this to your advantage and find a quality used car at a bargain price!
Buying privately may seem like a good way to save money-beware you will have little if any safeguards and rarely any chance for recourse should a problem arise once you have driven away. Sadly there are many cars advertised for sale which are stolen or un-roadworthy-your 'bargain' may well turn into a nightmare in a very short time. Buying from a dealership will give you more consumer rights and safeguards. The dealership will want you to return year after year, as well as recommend them to your friends and family for their excellent sales and after-sales service. When buying used cars, play safe and choose your car from a used car main or franchised dealership.

If You Dont Have Patience Dont Launch an Online Business
There are many different traits and characteristics you should poses when launching your own business but one that is most important is patience. Launching an online business is like launching any other business. There is a building process that is required that many new online entrepreneurs do not seem to realize until they get started on their venture.
Many new comers to the online world have this idea that if you build it they will come. This couldn't be any further from the truth. There is a great deal of clutter online and frankly just launching a website just adds to that clutter. As a website owner you have to build awareness and pathways to your website. If there are no roads or pathways leading to your website how do you ever expect web traffic to find you? Yes there are millions of people online searching everyday looking for things to buy but it doesn't mean they are going to come close to finding you. You have to push yourself through the crowd and stand out strong for anyone to give you the time of day. There are only ten parking spaces on the first page of Google so what makes you think you deserve being there right when you launch your site? You have to earn your way to the top and it requires performing solid, fundamental online marketing and branding steps to build power to your website so that it can climb through the search engine results. This requires patience and time and if you don't have either don't even start your online business. There are many factors that also need to be considered when launching a website. Is your website optimized for your keywords? Are you building links or pathways to your website? If you are not actively performing various online marketing tactics your website will never be found, ever.
Building a powerful website and having it heavily trafficked can take many years. Growing an online business is no different from growing an offline business. Both take dedication and passion combined with a proactive marketing approach. People searching online to find a vendor or business to give their money to are more cautious than ever, combine that with a troubled economy and you have your work cut out for you. If you do not have a strong presence online people will be hesitant to contact you. Along with your proactive marketing approach you are also building trust. Building trust from a large group of potential customers takes time and energy. They need to see you in multiple areas before customers will feel confident in working with you. They need to see articles written by your organization, press releases announcing worthy achievements, blog writing and much more. This all takes time to build. Each effort is another layer and it truly requires a great deal of layers to build trust from the purchasing community. Take your time, build a solid marketing foundation and be patient. Your time to shine will come.

How to Become a Successful Internet Marketer and Make Money Online
How to make money online is not always that easy as it looks like, or that easy as many Internet Marketers pretend it to be.
Many people start investing in Pay Per Click Campaigns, article writing, Forum Writing, with being enough prepared and with lack of knowledge about the business. This very often leads to people giving up, simply because of lack of knowledge or because they ran out of money on an expensive PPC campaign.
We all know, if you want to become a teacher, you have to study, if you want to build bridges you have to study, even if you work as a dish washer, it involves some training. The same goes with internet marketing, and how to make money online. You Must Learn Before you can become successful. Else you are going to waste your time and money.
It is a myth that you can start out only working 1 hour a day, with out any knowledge. There are many Pitfalls in today's Internet Marketing, and it is not going to be easier in the future.
First of all you have to love the game, to become a Successful internet Marketer. You have to have a passion for it. And a craving for learning the game, and seek for information.
We all hear about people coming straight from the street, and make tons of money already the first month of doing Internet Marketing. Some People simply just have that touch, to do it the right way, where others including myself had to struggle a little bit. Sitting down and figure out what it is all about. Learning the game.
It all comes to one simple thing. You have to like or even love what you are doing, You have to visualize yourself as a successful Marketer, receiving your first big paycheck. That love and passion, you have to have that for the products or services you are trying to sell. Else it is not going to work out. Intense Studying about the company and product, you wish to promote is a very important factor in Internet Marketing.
Forget about the online entrepreneurs that are able to sell "Sand in the Sahara Dessert". The guys that no matter what, make huge sales. Forget about them, because it is all about you and how you do it.
Have the Passion for it, and start develop your skills, like how to create a good website, good marketing, advertising, the right keywords, and all the other ingredients that makes you become a successful Internet Marketer.
With limited interest for Internet Marketing. You are simply not going to be able to learn all the pitfalls there is.
When it comes to the daily routines making money online, it is really not that difficult, writing articles, doing Pay Per Click Campaigns, Keyword Research etc. But when it comes to cashing in, getting people to buy and pay for the products you promote. It might be a little different and not that easy.
Do your homework, Study the company you are promoting. Use the Internet, seek up information, not only on the company you want to promote but also the competitors.
Find what you are looking for in the company and ask yourself, if you trust the company and the products, and if you would let others have the same trust. If not. Move on to the next company.
A little pitfall here is. Try not to follow the mainstream. Internet Marketers especially new ones, very often follows the Gurus, and do what he does, and expect a huge income of that. It is not going to work out for you. Because no passion for the company or products.
The Final Goal for you should be that you are be able to sell anything, no matter what. And no matter which channel you are using, Pay Per Click, articles, Ads etc.
But it all starts with passion and the willingness to learn.
And you will become a very successful Marketer.

The Best Online Marketing Strategy
Tips for Starting a New Online Business
One of the biggest mistakes that many businesses online and offline make is that they do not have a plan for success. Even though it is an online business, you should still have a business plan and you should have a search marketing strategy and know that you are targeting a large enough market. You should do searches online on Google, and Yahoo, and MSN, and see which of your competitors come up for that search term.
You should also do some market research analysis so that you know which search terms people are searching for the most. Some search terms might only produce a couple, 10 or 20 searches a day, and other search terms might have several thousand a day. You will need a big enough market to target because you will be sharing that market with your competitors.
What it all comes down to in the end is that you have about 10 or 20 competitors on the front page of Google, Yahoo and MSN. You need to do the following well, to compete with these competitors.
1. Your website needs to have a better presentation than your competitors. This means a more engaging demonstration of the products and services you sell.
2. You need to come up as high as possible in the search engines either through search engine marketing or paid sponsored ads also known as pay-per-click.
3. Optimize your website so that search engines can find you organically. This is also known as search engine optimization.
Common Mistakes Beginners Make
1. They start targeting and promoting keywords before they know the value of the keywords they are promoting.
2. When using pay-per-click advertising, they direct everyone to the front page of their website. As much as possible, direct your ads to a detailed web page which matches up to your prospective customers search term.
Tips for a Successful Online Advertising Campaign
1. Have a customized landing page, which takes the prospective customer to the exact product, or service page for which they are searching.
2. To have a cost effective online marketing strategy there needs to be enough people searching for your product or service.
For example, if someone is searching for a particular type of guitar, your ad should feature that particular type of guitar. The more specific you are and the less searching the perspective customer has to do once they get to your web page, the more likely they are to contact you, buy your product, or take the action you want them to take.
You will need to research which search terms or keywords are searched on more frequently than other search terms so that you can make sure that you have the largest audience possible. You can do this using Google's keyword tool. Doing just this small amount of market research can make the difference between success or failure of your online business venture.
For example, if you're selling Widget A and there's only ten people a day in your area searching for Widget A, you are not going to be very successful. If however, there are 100,000 people a day searching for a Widget A and you only have two competitors who also sell Widget A, then there is room for you in that market.
Google's Keyword Tool and How to Use it
The first place to start with researching your keywords is the Google keyword tool, found here: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal. Below are some useful features of Google's keyword tool:
1. You can enter various phrases describing your businesses products or services into the search box. The tool will give you results on different phrases and synonyms matching your description. It will also tell you which search terms produce the largest amount of traffic on a monthly basis.
2. If you are targeting the entire United States then the monthly traffic column per keyword is very accurate. If you are targeting a particular state within the United States then you would need to divide that number by the percentage of population in that state.
3. Google's keyword tool also has a column that indicates the average cost per click for each search term. This can be helpful for forecasting how much to price your product or service. For example, if you are selling something for $10.00 and it costs you $10.00 to get enough people to your website before anyone buys your product then you need to rethink your pricing model. If however, your product sells for $20.00 and it only costs you $5.00 in advertising before someone buys your product, then you have a cost effective marketing campaign.
Other Search Engine Marketing Strategies
In addition to pay-per-click, you can pursue search engine marketing techniques such as:
1. Article Marketing
2. Directory Marketing
3. Community Forum Marketing
4. Channel Partner Marketing
The goal of all of these marketing techniques is to get a higher search engine ranking for the search terms you are targeting. All of the methods above include backlinks to your website. Backlinks to your website is the number one criteria used by search engines to rank your website.
Online Market Penetration
After you have done your market research, the next thing you will want to do is to determine if it is a growing market.
One of the ways you can discover if you are in a growing market is by using Google Trends. When using Google Trends, enter a search term which describes your business or industry into the search box and view the trend line in the results. If the trend line is moving up then you are in a growing market. If the trend line is moving down, then you are in a declining market. This will give you a good indication if it would be worthwhile for you to launch your business.
Another way to tell if there is room for you in a particular market is to look at your online competitors. Often times if their websites have not been updated in a while, it can indicate they are doing a good business. Also, if you have to scroll down to the second or third page of the search results before you find a decent looking web page, that can indicate a large market.
If you want a successful online business, follow these steps: Do the market research, do a competitive analysis and research the market trends for your industry, then you will be successful in your new online business.

6 Steps to Increase Affiliate Product Sales Writing Honest Reviews
Did you know that there is a new wave of marketing called social decision marketing? Basically this involves a way of influencing the customer mindset so that they are compelled to purchase the products you sell. In affiliate marketing the best way to achieve this is through product reviews.
1. Find out your high-selling niche first
The first step before even proceeding to write a product review is knowing what items customers buy the most. You can get this information by searching Google for the 'most searched keywords' or just go to Yahoo! And they list the hottest searches today. Do some keyword research to find out which keywords are searched the most today are on demand, so you could get a better idea of what's hot today and which products (that can be sold) are the most popular now. Once you know the list of these products, you will also know which niches do well and sell more.
2. Sorting out products based on niche
Once you know which are the niches that sell well you can browse through the list of available affiliate programs for these niches. Then sort them out based on the high-selling niche.
3. Create your own reviews website
So once you have found a hot selling niche and a product to affiliate
Now you will also need to setup your own review website, which will be solely dedicated to writing reviews of the niche products you are promoting. The key to writing reviews is to not make them biased, which we will discuss in the next topic. So set up a website that will review similar products in a certain niche.
4. Compare Top 3 or 5 products in a certain niche and cloak your affiliate links
Now, find at least 3 (in most cases up to 5 products) in that hot niche and then start signup for their affiliate programs. Once you have your affiliate links, now cloak them and hide your real affiliate links.
5. Write unbiased reviews
Now once you have found an interesting niche and some of the competing similar products, you must start comparing them and writing your unbiased reviews. Your reviews need to sound like third-person accounts of the products listed. Hence, there should be no tone of partiality or bias towards these products. Make sure to list both the pros and cons, as that helps to set a more honest tone. Customers are more likely to purchase products when there is a honest account of the facts.
6. Customer reviews also help
In addition to writing your own reviews of products you are promoting, if you have any positive or negative other customer's review then you should post that as well on your review site (just make sure the customer agrees that you post his/her review/comparison of the product). Other customers will tend to be more influenced by another customer's review as compared to your own review.

Link Building is an Important Part of Optimizing Your Website
If you are concerned about optimizing your corporate website and pulling in the most amount of quality web traffic as possible, link building should be a major part of your overall Search Engine Optimization and management strategy. It is one of the most important elements to any SEO and SEM campaign.
Link building is a very important part of search engine optimization (SEO) and management. The main role that link building plays in SEO is that it helps the search engines determine how important or valuable your site is considered to be by others. If high quality, high traffic sites are linking to your site, then logic dictates that your site is also high quality. It is sort of like being cool by association. Of course it is important to have many links coming into your site, but it is much more important to have high quality links attached to your website.
The key benefit to having high quality web sites, blogs and directories linking in to your website is that, for search engines, it is one of the major factors involved in determining the quality or usefulness of your website. Once search engines deem your site to be high quality, they will start sending more traffic to your site by giving your websites higher rankings, or status when accommodating web searches.
There have been a lot of rumours lately about linking no longer being important, thanks to black hat link building techniques. These rumours are simply not true. While there is no denying that some unscrupulous SEO imposters have tried to outsmart the search engines with some less than white hat link building techniques, this has not made search engines devalue links altogether. Search Engines have simply evolved and adapted find and punish black hat attempts at link building. This is why it is important to always link with high ranking sites and directories that are somehow related to your website content. As an example, a confection e-retailer would benefit from receiving links from high ranking suppliers, children's sites, or shopping / review blogs, rather than links from dog kennels, garden shed suppliers, or computer review blogs. In other words, it is well worth your while to seek out links from high ranking, pertinent sites than it is to connect with low ranking, irrelevant sites.
So how do you know if you have found a white hat or black hat link building company? Well, there are a few clues. If link building is part of an overall and encompassing SEO strategy, this is a good sign you are in good hands. Ask for references from past and present clients. If the company you are considering gets accolades from their existing clients, this is also a good sign. Do not forget to ask questions. Ask the link building company if any of their clients have been black listed while under their care. If so, why and what did they do to get them out of the mess...were they successful in removing their ban? These are just some of the clues to help determine if you are dealing with a purely white hat company.
If you are concerned about optimizing your website and pulling in the most amount of quality web traffic as possible, do not ignore link building as part of your overall SEO strategy. It is one of the most important elements to any SEO and SEM campaign.

Digital Signage Will Increase Your Brand Awareness
How does a corporation increase brand awareness across several demographics while maintaining control of a strict marketing budget within an economic downturn? The emerging leader in successfully solving this riddle is Digital Signage, also known as narrowcasting.
In today's economy, retailers are being forced to face business and marketing challenges with very little budget or optimism. One of the major issues being faced across several industries is that of brand recognition and awareness. This is especially difficult when a business owner or corporation is trying to increase brand awareness across a chain of retail outlets, all in different communities with unique habits and culture. Many smart corporations across several industries have been turning towards digital signage (narrowcasting) services as a successful and encompassing solution to the challenge of brand awareness.
Digital signage, or narrowcasting, is a superior advertising vehicle that helps attract and retain customer attention at the critical point of purchase stage within the buying cycle. But what exactly is narrowcasting?
Narrowcasting is a cost effective digital signage system that is utilized to communicate customized messages easily to specific target markets throughout a variety of locations. High end monitors are placed at specific locations, both indoors and outdoors, including retail outlets, fast food, hospitals, building common areas, and even subway or bus systems. These monitors will display customized news feeds, product information, motivational messages, or whatever is important to business and consumer at that time.
The messaging on a company's digital signage network can be customized to suit target demographic, specific neighbourhoods, time of day, weather, or products that need to be pushed. New content can be created, or for cost, time, and brand management purposes, exiting content from television commercials or web videos can be revamped and repurposed before being utilized as part of digital signage messaging. This will help to retain the same brand image throughout the buying cycle, while at the same time catering messages to suit a unique audience.
The benefits of increasing brand recognition and retention through narrowcasting are numerous. To begin with, If a consumer is exposed to customized and consistent messaging along the entire path of the buying cycle in a messaging manner that resonates with his or her personal beliefs, attitudes, and habits, that consumer is much more likely to recall and ultimately identify with that specific brand. Once a consumer feels as though he or she has identified with a particular brand, competing on the basis of cost becomes a non-issue in the purchasing decision. A secondary benefit is that digital signage will capture and retain the attention of in store consumers, providing entertainment and distraction from long lines or monotonous shopping tasks. This lends to a pleasant customer experience, inviting a repeat experience and motivation to return. As an additional benefit, the ease and immediacy of message alterations enable retailers to give and extra push to products that are not moving off of shelves, sale items, or even to upsell items at checkout. With the right narrowcasting service provider, the benefits really can be endless.
Contact a digital signage provider today and learn how a system can be customized to suit your particular business needs and further your brand identity.

How Search Engines Work
In this article we are going to be take a look at how search engine work and what they are looking for in order to get top (page 1) rankings in the search results. We will be going over the most popular search engines individually but the basic principles are the same for all of them.
Before you begin the task of optimizing your website for search engines it is important to have an understanding of how they work. It would be almost impossible to optimize a website and achieve top search engine rankings without having some idea as to how they work and what is a search engine is trying to do when it ranks a site. It will also save you a lot of time and effort since you will know where to focus your efforts. If you know what a search engine is looking for your job is going to be that much easier.
The first step is to know how a search engine will "read" and index a website. This process allows a search engine scan the content of a site to find out what that site or page is all about. This is done using search engine spiders (or robotic software) which crawls a website or webpage. Crawling is simply the term used to description how a search engine reads a site. How often your site will be crawled will depend on how often your content is added or updated and the number of links pointing to your site or importance. So how do they find your site in order to be able to crawl it. Links! Search engine spiders follow links from other sites that are pointing to yours.
If you've ever looked into optimizing your site before you have probably come across an e-mail of site that offered "...submission to 1000's of search engines with guaranteed inclusion". Avoid these search engine submission forms and sites like the plaque. They are a waste of time and money. That's because you don't need them. You can get your site indexed in Google in a few days by posting your site's link on websites that are indexed often. Sites to look at are article or news sites. Being indexed though does not mean ranking on page 1 as that will take some more effort but having your site indexed will let the search engine know you exist and start having your site crawled.
Search engines use links and content to rank web pages. This is a very important to take note of. I said web pages and not websites. This means that you can rank a site for multiple keyword phrases. Next time you do a search take note of the page that the search engine is sending you to. It not always the home page. Having the ability to target and optimize web pages for different keyword phrases gives your site multiple points of entry. It is important to keep this in mind so that when you create new pages on your site you know that visitors may enter through this new page and never see you home page. If your home page contains all of your call to action content you may want to include it on other pages of your site.
Knowing how a search engine works and what they are looking for will greatly improve the success of the optimization campaign.

Why Your Online Business Needs Article Marketing
If you have a business and a website, one of the best marketing tools available to you is Article Marketing. Article Marketing is all about creating online articles that you publish in article directories. The goal is to get your article out to readers who will be interested to learn more about you and your business. As a marketing tool, it helps connect your website to your target market effectively and inexpensively.
What your article should have
Article Marketing is simply writing what you know about your business. You want to create an informative article that others will want to read. It should start with a catchy title that will compel readers to read the rest of the article. Of course, the main body of the article should be just as compelling.
Short, well-written, and interesting articles establish you as an expert in your field. It should generate more interest about you and what you do. The article should end with a resource box that gives readers information about you, including your name, your website, and other contact information. It should also include a capsule version of what you do, what your business is about, and what they should do to make the best use of the information you gave them (i.e., avail of your services).
Reaching your target audience
Article Marketing is one of the most inexpensive marketing tools available. By publishing your article in article directories, your words reach more people through more channels. Newsletter publishers can find your article and use it as content for their ezine or offline newsletter. Your article and your name will find their way to more people, and they will look you up on your website.
Article Marketing also drives more traffic to your website by getting ranked on search engines. With proper use of keywords and phrases in your article, they will get indexed by search engines, and preferably within the first page. Of course, people will check out your article more frequently and your article will lead them back to you.
Extending your market
Social Bookmarking and Article Marketing are made for each other. When people find your article useful, they will bookmark it through services like Digg, StumbleUpon and Del.icio.us. This helps connect your name and your article to other people who share the same interests as your current target audience. As you reach more people, your customer base naturally expands as well.
New material and new business
Article Marketing also benefits from Social Bookmarking by helping you find out what your niche market is interested in. Through the bookmarks of your readers, you will find out what other topics they look for on the Internet. If you are knowledgeable about these same topics, then you can create more articles that will interest your current readers and, hopefully, more new readers and potential clients. It can also help you keep your business up-to-date with the needs of your clients.
Where to publish your article
There are literally hundreds of article directories on the Internet. However, you usually have to pay a subscription fee to get your articles published in these directories. It also pays to have your articles actively promoted through the directories' own RSS feeds and websites. Thus, it's usually best to stick to the larger and more popular article directories like:
EzineArticles
GoArticles
WebProNews
ArticleDashboard
SearchWarp
Article Marketing is an inexpensive marketing tool that helps you connect to your target market and beyond. Maximize its potential and you will maximize your business prospects.

How to Create a Succesfull Pay Per Click Campaign
Playing with Google Adwords and Pay per Click Marketing can be a very expensive experience if you do not know what you are doing.
You can probably recognize this situation. You found your killer Campaign on Clickbank.com. And have developed a killer keyword list and some killer ads, ready to go online on Adwords. You are excited and cannot wait to check your Adwords and Clickbank account later during the day. You are already imaging the big Pay Check; Clickbank is going to send you soon. You are imaging yourself quitting your boring long hour day job, to become an Internet Marketer, making money online. Big Money Online. With big excitement you log on to your Adwords account, and see you already got a bunch of click, with a pretty good click through rate. You can see your daily budget is almost already maxed out, the 200 dollars you were willing to spend daily on this campaign, even if you could only afford to spent lousy 30 bucks. You take it as a good sign, as there is really a market for what you are trying to sell. With even greater excitement you hurry log on to your Clickbank Account. And as a fist coming down from the blue sky, reality struck you. You have not made one single sale for your efforts. Not one single dime is made. And your loss is devastating. Almost 200 hundreds dollars, you really could not afford to loose.
I have to admit, I have tried this several times, burning off a lot of money, especially when I first started out with affiliate marketing. I thought I had it, got it so many times. But have ended up with absolutely not one single sale.
My advice is, if you are new to Internet Marketing and Pay per Click. Start out with some training, and some already successful campaigns you can copy.
Copy? Yes you heard it, there is actually Marketers out there, there are willing to show you how they have setup a successful campaign, that have been giving them sky high incomes. We are not talking peanuts here, but incomes above $768 per day that is more than $20K per month, imagine what you could do with that amount of money. Early Retirement perhaps?
There are Marketers out there that are willing to let you into there exclusive club, where you freely can copy there ads and even keyword lists, getting advices on how to set your budget etc, Geo Targeting. And at the same time get coaching and training, with tons of documents and video on how do to the game and become a successful marketer.
Me Personally I got tired of loosing money all the time, and only having limited sales, that usually ended up paying of my debts for my failed campaigns. I got to the conclusion that I needed some help, getting some professional help from someone that really knew about the game, and without costing me a fortune.
And I really got the help I needed Thanks to some Top Affiliate guys, that were willing to let me in showing me their tips and tricks. And you could do the same! Stop loosing money, it is a vaste, when there is help to get.

You Must Have a Strategy Before Attempting PPC Advertising
Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is becoming an essential marketing tool for any business that uses the Internet to drive sales. With PPC, the traffic that you receive can be precisely targeted depending on your choice of keywords. The major PPC platforms that you should familiarize yourself with are Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN AdCenter. There is a learning curve associated with each one but if you master them all, it can be financially rewarding.
As with any business decision, once you decide to utilize PPC you should have a solid strategy in place. Before you start spending a single advertising dollar, you should set up a simple system to monitor the success of your advertising campaign. Do your homework and find out what your break even point should be. Knowing this number will help you determine what will be an acceptable cost per conversion or cost per click.
Suppose for a moment that you make $50 per sale. You have to first assume what your conversion rate is to find out what the cost per conversion will be. Suppose that your traffic converts at 2%, so every 100 visitors will result in 2 sales. That means that you can afford to pay up to $100 or $1 per click for 100 clicks to reach your break even point. Estimating the conversion rate will help you decide how much you can afford to bid per click.
The better you know your target customer, the more you will save on PPC advertising costs. Therefore, it is imperative for you to do your market research. If you know that your customers are mostly from the United States and they are shopping online during certain hours of the day, targeting the right countries and turning off your campaigns during certain times of the day may save you a lot of money.
Be sure to test and track to see how your ads are performing. Always split test your ads. Keep the best performing ad and write a new ad to try to beat that one. Incremental improvements in the click-through ratio (CTR) can help you improve your ad position while preserving your cost per click. In the long run, continual improvements in your ads can help you beat your competition. You should also invest time into researching keywords related to your market and keeping up with the trends associated with your product.
In order to manage your campaigns more effectively, you have to plan well and set up your ad groups properly. When you are doing your keyword research, try to group related keywords into separate ad groups. Then write different ads for each group. The more targeted your ads are, the better their quality score. A high quality score will help you lower your bids.
These are just a few suggestions to get you started. There are plenty of resources out there to help you learn PPC. Be sure to set aside a budget for educating yourself. There is a steep learning curve for PPC and you have to be prepared to lose some money in the beginning. However, once you master the techniques, you can drive targeted traffic to any website on demand.

A Review of the Public Domain Home Study Course
Hello again everyone, how is life treating you all out there in cyber-space? Today we will be doing a review of the Public Domain Home Study Course. If you are like many other people in the world today, you are most likely looking for a way to earn money via the internet. The people that are making money online sure do make it look easy right?
The fact is it's not all roses. You will encounter difficulties as you would with any new venture that you would embark upon, it is the amount of work and determination that you put into your shot at the brass ring so to speak. Stick to learning the facts, try not to let any negative remarks get to you and listen to your instincts, most of the time, your instincts will prove correct.
Now let's take a moment to look at the meaning of Public domain in detail, public domain are things that are NOT protected by a copyright. That would be many published things before 1923 and in some instances, some things that have been published right on up to 1978! Pretty interesting right? Maybe a review of the public domain home study course doesn't sound so bad now eh?
What we refer to as "a work", this can be just about anything that you can think of, for example: a photograph, poster, a course, reports, instruction manual, song, play, a movie, or even a book. There are many, many places that you will be looking after you read this and will be literally going nuts for a pen and paper to write down all the possibilities. In general, what I am trying to tell you is that if a work falls into the public domain category, you will be able to take that work and find your own use for it!
For example, if you were to find a book in the public domain that talks about catching trout. You can then turn it into an eBook which you can call "Catching the big one!" Now, take it one step further and say that we decide to price this book at $29 and set the site up for this.
Here is what you would make if your site were to sell just ONE of these eBooks in a day, then this is what your monthly and yearly income would be like: Example: 1 sale per day would be $29, not much huh? Factor that in every day for 1 month, your monthly income would be $870. That's a nice chunk of change! Now your yearly income would be a staggering $10,440!!
Sounds pretty good to me, what do you think of those numbers? Bet you could make them work for you alright! Some of you may be thinking that it doesn't seem like you are making much but there are many things that you could do with $870 extra dollars every month.
So you understand now why we did a review of the public domain home study course, it is to let you all know about the wealth of information that is just begging to be used by the common folk like you and me. When you get yourself a public domain information product business going you have NO overhead to worry about, NO employees except yourself, and NO boss!
To get your own public domain website off the ground remember these things:
1. Find yourself the perfect market to target, something you know.
2. Find yourself a public domain work
3. Ensure that you have done a copyright search
4. You can then scan the book that you wish to turn into an eBook
5. Start to edit the book and breathe more flair into it
6. Write a killer sales letter
Hopefully this has helped you dear readers and I look forward to reading YOUR success story.

A Review of Ready Made Niche Content Packages
The Niche Content Packages offers people to purchase content, writers to sell content, and an affiliate program. There are many things to think about if you consider this as an option.
If you are looking for website content then you might consider the Niche Content Packages. This website offers content in complete packages for a site for sale. If you are starting a new website then you might consider looking here for the information you might want to add to your site. Most people who want content are those who fill their web pages with information unrelated to their business. The purpose of buying content is to have relevant keywords to help you with your searches.
Getting content quickly to your site will help generate more traffic to your site quicker. It allows you to have your site up and running faster if you don't have to write the content yourself. However, you should be sure the content packages are exactly what you are looking for.
If you are a writer then this might not be something you want to do. All of your writing will have someone else's name on it, not yours. You have to buy the work to write, which can cost you up to $10 for a batch of articles. Then, once you have completed the batch of articles, you only get almost half the pay from the client. After you absorb the costs of buying the batch of articles to write, you really won't be making much money at all. If you are looking for work then there are plenty of places online you can go to write where you don't have to pay for the work.
The affiliate program is designed as an incentive for people to make a little extra money on their business website if they need to. This gives people the opportunity to advertise for the Niche Content Packages on their site and as people buy from them, you can make money. You can make 50% from content orders purchased or when writers pay for the credits to buy writing work. If you need a little extra cash then you might consider this. If you have an affiliate business then it might be something to look into.
Anyone can become a member of the Niche Content Packages. All you have to do is sign up with your email address and your information. You can immediately purchase writing or you can immediately buy writing jobs to write. There are credit packages you can purchase to make each job you buy. However, a writing career is supposed to pay you and not you pay them. If you are going to pay for the work, shouldn't you at least get credit for writing the articles?
The Niche Content Packages is another website offering content to company websites. If you are looking for material for your site then you might consider this. As a writer, you can most likely find a real job that will pay you to write for them. The affiliate program may be a good way to make some extra revenue from your site if you are interested in advertising for them.

Promotional Games and Toys
Promotional games and toys may seem like an unlikely giveaway gift, but they are very successful at trade shows and conferences. These types of promotional products never fail to catch attention, and are fun. People tend to migrate towards a booth displaying toys out of curiosity, interest in the toy and a gift to bring home for their children. The fact that promotional games and toys draw traffic to the trade show booth makes these promotional items a successful marketing tool.
People may use the promotional games and toys to form social bonds, remember their inner child, exercise their minds, practice skills, and to decorate their work space. Having these promotional items in the office allows employees to never forget to have fun, even with the stressful tasks that they may undertake during the day. Promotional toys are great for relieving stress in the office, providing entertainment, and they are great creative, memorable gifts.
Business associates will appreciate a fun gift that they can put on their desk and enjoy throughout their day. Promotional toys and games are great to have around the office because it is a diversion from stress and is a way to steer the mind from troubling situations. Having a stress-free environment creates a good vibe around the office, allows employees to get through the day, and keeps customer satisfaction on high. Also, games and toys help with creativity in the mind and may allow an employee to think of ideas that they wouldn't have thought of before, sparking the inner child.
The wide range of promotional games and toy product ideas leaves a lot of room for creativity for the business. One of the most popular promotional games is the puzzle. It allows employees to focus on creating rather than stressing. It can serve as a coaster, paperweight, or mouse pad. The different uses allow the company's logo or motto to endure awhile, getting the maximum advertising value. There are also yo-yos, stress balls, stuffed animals, playing cards, and balloons.
Promotional games and toys are not only good for the office environment, but they also offer exposure outside the office. These types of promotional items are great for trade show gifts and promotional giveaways. Customers will appreciate a fun gift that is unique and unforgettable. Promotional games and toys will help the company stand out amongst other marketers and won't blend in with the usual items, such as pens, key chains, bags, etc.
Imprinting a company logo, motto, or website address on a promotional game or toy can be very effective at trade shows and conferences. The imprinted game or toy will show audiences that the company can have fun and can think outside of the norm. Promotional games and toys have a way of reflecting the company's environment and value of the customer. Whether the toy sits in a customer's pocket, on an employee's desk for decoration, or stays with a client while traveling, it will continually be promoting the company to different audiences. Promotional games and toys provide maximum exposure at trade shows and conferences.

The Top 3 Money-Making To Do Activities
I've always been impressed with those who can take overwhelming things and handle them with ease and poise. It never seemed to work that way for me, until I discovered the secret for tackling those daunting tasks.
The secret is simple: make things simple!
With just about every major undertaking, things can be simplified into a handful of "core" components. That makes them manageable. Manageable fosters productivity simply because I can work on something that seems accomplishable. And when productivity goes up, desired results come.
I received the following question from one of my clients
"If you have to pick, what would you say are the top 2 or 3 things we should concentrate on? I've heard the domain/site(blog) are the most important, then others say writing info products, others say lists. For short term and long term investment, what is the most important things to be working on?"
This client wants things simplified. And rightly so. He knows the secret to success is getting things down into manageable chunks.
So, what are these core practices for building an internet business? There are three things - and three things only - that you need to concentrate on with your business
1. Offer Development.
You cannot make money online unless you have an OFFER. It's that simple. Unless there is some way for income to be generated, you can't get paid. End of discussion. Every business is founded upon a revenue-generating offer. Now, this can either be your own offer (small reports, ebooks, membership sites, coaching/consulting, advertising, etc.) or something you promote as an affiliate and earn revenue for referred sales.
2. List Marketing.
The fortune is in the list. You've heard it an untold number of times in the past, right? Building and profiting from opt-in lists should be a major priority on your schedule. You need to devote yourself to attracting new subscribers and then getting all of your subscribers to spend money with you
by purchasing your OFFERS (see #1 above).
3. Traffic.
The third and final thing you need to concentrate on is "traffic". This includes both traffic GENERATION (getting visitors to a site) and traffic CONVERSION (getting that traffic to buy). This includes things like: starting an affiliate program, buying PPC ads, participating in joint ventures, utilizing viral marketing tools, raising your visitor value, tweaking your sales pages, etc.
With each of these categories, you have a variety of options to choose
from in directing your attention. It would be foolish for me to say "grow your affiliate program" as your number # traffic activity since I don't know if you even have your own product to sell. That's why I don't recommend specific activities, but rather three key categories of business-building.
With each of these categories, find 2-3 activities to work on each week and you should see results in a short amount of time.
I recommend you work on offer development every Monday, list marketing every Tuesday, and traffic generation every Wednesday. If you just spend a couple hours each of these days working on these core parts of your business, sales should come.
In a nutshell -
Find an offer to promote.
Setup a list to promote the offer.
Drive traffic to the list opt-in page.
Keep it simple. Keep it successful.

Internet Marketing Mistakes: The 4 Deadly Sins of Internet Marketing
The internet is the perfect platform for businesses of all sizes to market. Internet marketing can be done on a small budget, but it is only effective if it is done properly. Most businesses make one or more of the four common internet marketing mistakes.
Building a Site Low in Content
This is a common mistake businesses make. Content is important in internet marketing, and without great content on a site, there is little internet marketing can do to help.
Internet marketing can only go so far if the website is weak. Businesses must have a strong website that other sites will link to. If a site is weak, it will not get the exposure it needs.
In order to get great content on a site, businesses can include a blog with interesting and helpful information, as well as useful articles. If they build the blog and article directory on a regular basis, they will soon have a site with great content.
Making Promises You Can't Follow Through On
The internet has allowed for advertising without censorship. The online community is a Wild West of sorts, and because of that, many businesses forget to have integrity with advertising. While it is often enticing to make false promises in the hopes of getting customers, that is not the way to start a business relationship. Also, it is not the way to gain a strong customer base. The online business world survives on referrals. If you are making promises you cannot follow through on, you will not get the referrals you need to stay in business.
While there are a lot of companies that operate without integrity, most companies make such promises without having ill intentions. They want to stand out, so they make bold statements. Look at your advertising and make sure you can follow through on every promise.
Failing to Research Keywords
Keywords are essential to a powerful online marketing team, and yet most companies do not spend the time needed to get the proper keywords. There are several things you can do in order to get the right keywords. Start by brainstorming. What keywords are your clients most likely to type into a search when looking for a company like yours?
Then, find out how often people type those keywords into a web search. Use a keyword tool in order to find out how many times keywords are searched each month. That way, you will be able to pick popular keywords.
After you have picked some keywords, open up a search engine and type them in to see how many websites come up with those keywords. Once you type in the keyword, see how many results come up. If too many pages come up you will need to come up with a variation of the phrase. For example, if you picked a keyword that has five million pages come up when it is typed in, your word is too broad. You need to come up with a more specific phrase. You need to play around with phrases until you come up with a phrase that has manageable results. Remember, you are going to be competing with the pages that come up in the search engine results.
Trying to Get Results too Quickly
This is the most common mistake people make, and it is also the most damaging. Many times, people think they can get results immediately with online marketing. Because of that, they don't build a solid marketing plan.
In order to achieve long lasting results with internet marketing, you must understand it is a process. The process will not happen overnight. Instead, it takes months of hard work in order to get strong results. If you try to rush the process, you will not be able to reach your long term goals because you will not have a thorough marketing plan in place.
Internet marketing is very important for businesses of all sizes. A strong website and marketing plan can bring businesses to the next level. It is important to avoid the mistakes of internet marketing so companies can get the positive exposure they need.

I like to utilize banner exchange programs in two ways.
First and the most common use of a banner exchange program is to place the banner exchange code on your site in an inconspicuous place such as the bottom of your side bar or below the footer. You will start to see your unique visitors increase almost immediately.
Another way to utilize banner exchange programs is to place the banner ad code on your website BUT have the landing page of your banner go directly to an affiliate hop link website such as a Clickbank affiliate. I think its a great way to advertise and does not cost you a cent.
You can also opt-in for as little as $5 to increase your banner impressions. I recommend trying the free route first. You can place as many banners you like from different banner programs below the footer and start racking up the free advertisements on other websites.
Its important to realize there is no one solution or trick to increase your traffic. You must utilize a combination of many traffic builders to get the high volume needed to start making big profits promoting your website and affiliates.

Internet Marketing Metaphors
The idea of a metaphor has been described as substituting, "One idea or object with another, used to assist expression or understanding."
When applying the idea of metaphors to Internet marketing you need to consider the idea that there are always more uses for your product than you have listed on your website. Encourage consumers to share innovative ideas about how they were able to incorporate your product into everyday life.
Consider fabric softener sheets. These little wonders make your clothes feel and smell great, but they are useful in a variety of other applications such as being the perfect remedy for cleaning clothes dryer filters as well as remove static electricity from your television and computer screen. You can even use them to freshen up a pair of sneakers overnight.
Even a can of cola will provide unusual and creative benefits that go beyond its purpose as a soft drink.
Don't make up things that your product can do, but don't neglect to pass along creative uses either. For instance if you developed a product that was designed for a very specific use it might be important to you to talk only about that primary function. However, if you discover a new use or you are made aware of some creative reason to use the product in a new way look at this as new potential in marketing.
The idea of a marketing metaphor is to describe a product in a new way in an effort to allow others the opportunity to visualize the product more completely. Again, this way of marketing defies the original use and description of your work, but is a tool that expresses the value added nature of your product.
This kind of marketing idea allows you to draw on multiple emotive thoughts that can help customers and potential customers imagine themselves using your product and connecting with it in a greater way.
In a time when quality and dependability are very important to consumers it just makes sense to help consumers see value from every conceivable angle in relation to your product and/or service.
Provide testimonials, list feedback from consumers, demonstrate your existing product in a new setting and a new use, provide descriptions on how to use the product to gain the most value and provide a gentle call to action that encourages consumers to take the next step in finding value in the metaphor.
Even the simplest of uses can be highlighted because it may be those uses that provide the accumulative effect of monetary savings. Dissect the product and provide the anatomy of savings for your customers. If the product is recyclable or has monetary value after its original use (i.e. car battery or metal component) talk about either the value of the product in dollars and cents or in personal environmental objectives.
This may be a good time to concentrate on the smallest of details in order to provide the greatest benefits package related to your product. Keep it honest, practical and responsible and your customers may find you sell exactly the product they need.

How to Make Network Marketing Work Tip 1
Dear Friend:
In the current economic climate, is it not obvious that we all need a Plan B?
Does it not appear that the old model of obtaining a job working at it for a lifetime and earning a pension has gone by the way side? We are all required to be more resourceful than ever before in obtaining the financial wherewithal for ourselves and our families.
1. The network marketing model is available for any number and sorts of products and services. Find one that suits your fancy and get involved. Here is a great comprehensive site that can provide information toward this end: http://ezinearticles.com/ ,rich with encyclopedic content and pertinent articles.
2. The one on one approach to presenting your product/service or business opportunity seems passé. I certainly tired quickly bugging my friends and relatives about something of which they knew nothing nor had even the slightest interest. Unfortunately, most people are by nature unimaginative.
3. You need to efficiently sort through many rather than spend precious time trying to convince one or two. You may have to go through 200-300 prospects just to find one qualified and interested business partner. I use e-mail leads from opt-in candidates procured that expressed interest in home-based businesses from reliable lead brokers. Qualified leads number into the thousands and are relatively inexpensive. It is best to work with a company that not only provides the leads but provide autoresponder services to allow you to get your messages, much like this one, to the many prospects quickly and efficiently. You need a comprehensive approach to the help get around spam issues and professionally handle those that choose not to receive further communication from you. The leads should not be much older than 15 days. It is better is you have a leads provider that can get you geographically targeted leads, as of course it is easier to work with prospects 'one on one' who are in the immediate vicinity. I have had great success in acquiring reliable leads from many reputable sources found in the marketplace
4. Before joining any network marketing organization , make sure that you that read the conduct rules pertaining to advertising to determine how much latitude you have for using a variety of media to advertise your business opportunity or service. While staying within the rules, be as creative and as innovative as possible regarding your campaign of making your business grow.
5. Reputable firms will rent you the thousands of names for your particular campaign and will do all of the 'heavy lifting' for you. They will have advice as to the letter or notice that you plan to disseminate so as to make sure that mailings do not find themselves in 'spam folders'. They will also advise you on preparing a mailing that will get the prospect's attention increasing the chances that it will be opened and read. Like most campaigns of this nature, it is a numbers game. If you have a good product or service a small percentage of several thousand will respond and will use your letter to link and access the network marketing firm's website where you let their material tell the whole story.

Given the Credit Crunch, Cheap Flyer Printing Will Increase Dramatically This Year
There is a common saying that states, "Money calls money"; according to this belief, you need to spend some amount of money to create money. Evidently this is true, however, the money that is to be spent has to be done so in a logical manner; for example, investing it in the appropriate marketing and advertising strategies.
Using advertising and marketing the useful strategies to enhance the commercial transactions that your business or company has is always a good tactic. Nonetheless, when the financial and economical situation is harsh and a credit crunch occurs, such strategies and campaigns should focus on those resources that are less of a financial burden, allowing the business to thrive, and save the remaining unused budget to sustain itself during the credit crunch crisis.
It might be that keeping the same level of advertising and marketing campaigns that the business or company had been sustaining before the crunch which is no longer a plausible alternative. This might be due to the increased cost, or the reduction of the financial buffer that it should have to support the business during the financial crisis, without cutting back on transactions or human assets. As a consequence, it is important that the business consider more financially friendly alternatives, such as flyer advertising that gives such a positive vibe that it's simply irresistible in the world of business and marketing.
Flyer advertising is an economical way in which any business or company can advertise itself, as well as the products or services that it offers. During the Christmas season, it is common that flyers are used to promote special offers, night-time sales and other seasonal situations that, if they were to be advertised in more elaborate media, would be too expensive - and the margin of gain from such events would seriously be diminished.
Therefore, the use of flyers provides businesses that advertise their special events a great alternative to maximise potential sales during the holiday season. The credit crunch that is currently affecting all businesses around the globe can cause a business to redirect the resources that it has previously determined to be used in specific tasks and provisions; this would end up rendering the advertising and marketing budget to a virtually non-existing budget.
Therefore, it is both understandable and foreseeable that the credit crunch sweeping across the land during this holiday season will cause the printing of flyers to escalate exponentially. Flyers can be printed in multicolour, or can use just one colour. Naturally, those that require several colours will be more expensive than those that do not, so businesses have to design and structure their flyer content in the best possible way so that even a monochromatic flyer will be attractive enough to withstand the competition from other businesses.
Finally, the business or company that decides to tackle the requirements of advertising and marketing strategy through the printing of flyers has to be aware that printing many flyers for different occasions during this season might be just as expensive as advertising the entire season on a bigger or more expensive medium.

Things You Need To Know About Traffic Exchange
If you want to make a success out of your website, then you should learn about traffic exchange. What is traffic exchange? Traffic exchange is a kind of search engine optimization/marketing service that allows site owners to submit their websites to a certain directory. By placing their sites on the directory, owners earn traffic credits, especially when they view the sites and the advertisements of other web pages. This proves to be effective way to get web site traffic as when you view 2-3 sites, 10-15 people will be directed to your own site.
According to Yahoo Answers, traffic exchange programs already existed during the early days of the internet and they are proven to be effective. In these programs, traffic going to websites increase significantly as they create an exchange network. Traffic exchange programs however come in different forms (free and paid), and each program has its own set of rules depending on the niche.
Traffic exchange programs are helpful since they bring your ads to new frontiers which you may not have thought of conquering using your present techniques. Also, you are introduced to the opportunity of meeting other businesses and see what they have to offer. You would be able to gauge the competition between your sites, or find areas for partnerships and joint ventures. This also increases free blog traffic to your site.
Through traffic, you may also pick up how other businesses promote their goods and services, which you can use in advertising your own items. New ideas are very effective as they give you a more substantial reputation across the internet, and people would know that you have a lot to offer.
Since it is an exchange system, this program increases your web site traffic by building more exposure and enhances your image over the internet. Just like in regular businesses, your reputation matters even while online. You may even find your site listed on top lists, or recommended in chats and forums such as Yahoo Answers.
There are many different types of traffic exchange programs. Manual traffic exchange involves a person who would surf the site and click on the sites and advertisements manually. Unlike automated traffic exchange programs, manual traffic exchange tends to be more selective and niche oriented, thus you can get more targeted web site traffic.
Autosurf or automated traffic exchange programs meanwhile requires only a few clicks and the sites would then start scrolling. You get to accomplish getting more traffic faster, thus you also get blog traffic; however, you do not control the site visits and traffic is not targeted.
There's no best traffic exchange program to find, as this system is used based on your site's needs and preference, and how you plan to use them. Yahoo Answers may provide you a good list of reliable traffic exchange programs, as well as other forums related to traffic building techniques. But if you really want to focus on traffic exchange to get more web site traffic as well as blog traffic, then why not try a few traffic exchange programs from the list you can find? This can be your ticket towards becoming successful in the online business.

Internet Marketing in Hospitality Industry
The Internet is no doubt, the most cost effective, result oriented and up-to-date sales and marketing channel any hotelier and hospitality industrialist can use to take the business to a higher level. Now, the issue is not getting your hotel and hospitality business on the internet, it is in perfectly understanding current Internet marketing trends, so as to enhance your web presence, attract traffic, inform the world and your prospective clients about what you have to offer and get them to make arrangements to use your hotel and tourism services.
The concept of hotel and hospitality internet marketing started when hoteliers became aware of the importance of the internet in getting more bookings. This made them to start creating websites for their hotels, introducing the online reservation booking system. With a website, a hotel can display their pictures for prospective guests to have a feel of the interior and exterior of the hotel, virtual tours and extensive reviews.
Today, with the economic situation and the fierce competition in the hospitality industry, it is only the understanding of the hospitality internet marketing trends and methods that will set you apart as unique in the industry. Now here are some basic actions you need to take to enhance your hotel's web presence:
1. Campaigns: your internet marketing activities need to be specific. Let your campaigns be value based, focusing on specific events or seasons. You can think about running paid search campaigns, supporting seasonal offers, managing a late deals page, promoting the best available rate and so on.
2. Be flexible with your rates online: knowing that certain days of the year or of the week are slower, flex your rates on your booking engine online and with your online travel agents.
3. Invest in your website: your website should accurately reflect your product. You must have heard guests saying that a hotel is much nicer on the website. It is what they see in your website that will make them click or pick the phone to make reservations. Your site should include an image gallery featuring the rooms, the bathrooms, some onsite facilities, events and local attractions.
4. Optimize your web site: You should optimize your site in such a way that when someone types your hotel name in the search engine, it appears first. Focus most on brand and location. Though it may be difficult to rank your hotel in popular cities, do your best to get your site among the top 5 results. You can either take on a full blown SEO program or identify to get listed on travel portals that are specific to your region.
5. Use Email Marketing: This is one of the most cost effective methods of internet marketing. You can effectively communicate with your clients using the two elements: a growing database and quality messages. Develop a process of capturing email addresses. There are very many ways and sources of gathering data. With a system in place to capture these leads, use emails to further buttress the services of your hotel.
6. Protect your brand: if your brand is that important to you, protect it. You do this by constant monitoring and restrictions where necessary. For example you can restrict some OTA from using your brand name for sponsored advertizing with cynical and anti-progressive remarks. Another way to protect your brand is through monitoring reviews. Always check user reviews online and place managerial responses where necessary.
7. Channel Management products: These are systems that offer the ability to manage your hotel rates with OTA's. With this system, you can control your rates, as well as save some time. Offer the best rates through your online booking system and advertize this on your website.
8. Analyze well with a good analytics package: A good analytics package is worth it. It will help you know how profitable your website has been to your business. A good analytics package will record your visitor sources, as well as inform you of the amount of revenue generated by your campaigns, giving you clear details of the ROI on travel sites paid listings, paid searches, and analyses of terms user used to find your business. This will help you in future plans.

Dying Printed Media - Who Cares?
Thanks to the advances in Technology, we see people using the Web for all kinds of reasons, primarily for getting entertained and informed. This obviously affects magazines and newspapers that depend on circulation numbers to survive. Recently it has been reported that many newspapers and magazines find it difficult to sustain their profits as the expenses to maintain their publication are relatively high. It is rather difficult to sustain existing personnel and continue paying bills when circulation numbers fall. So what are they doing about it?
Basically, the leading magazines and newspapers have made their moves long ago; it is only logical to follow technological advances and be there first. Making the move to the Web is unavoidable: people are looking for the digital equivalent of their favorite printed media in larger numbers. You have to be there to survive, otherwise you will loose your readers, it is that simple. Nowadays people go to the web and pickup newspaper Web sites as their favorite page for their browser; they load RSS feeds with the latest news on their blackberry and other mobile phones. They get the news instantly, as it happens. For free. In the most ecological friendly manner. No waste of paper, no delay for the next days or weeks issue.
Is this worrying for printed media? For those that have not joined the ride yet it is. They must change their business and launch their electronic identical quickly, otherwise it will be over soon. Will they make money? It is a calculated science; with less to spend on ink and paper, and the low costs of maintaining their electronic equivalent, plus all those online advertising platforms that exist, it should be a struggle but there is opportunity.
What about the end consumer? People still use both printed and electronic media, but as technology gets perfected, they will be migrating from the former to the latter in increasingly larger numbers.
Technology is evolving rapidly but providing an experience similar to reading a printed magazine or newspaper is still far away. Actually, steps are made towards this direction for the past two years. Amazon started with their own reading device; apparently Sony is having a second go on the book and magazine reading area, with a new device. A new breed of small laptops is populating the market to cover the ever increasing usage of mobile broadband connections. But nothing of all those is compared to the reading experience of a paper-made magazine and newspaper. It will be either the technology that will come to match people's habits, or people who will adapt and start getting used to receiving and reading news and articles with a new way. If and when this brick falls into place and such technology becomes widespread, their will be little reason to buy paper issues as a consumer, and practically no reason to stay in conventional printing methods as a publisher. Otherwise, it will be the ordinary user who will abandon conventional reading style and get plugged in on onto the nearest Internet device to get the daily fix in articles and news.

Your Companys Approach Get Your Customers to Buy
I've worked as a successful professional copywriter for two main reasons. One reason is that I know the business I write for very well. The other reason is that I am able to write effectively in a way that appeals to the customers. The second skill is where many copywritersand businessesfall short. A good copywriter should know the product intimately and know how to sell it.
The best way to sell a product is to put yourself in the customers shoes. Learn why they desire or require it. Once you know that, you have the key to significantly increasing your sales.
Here are a few tips to keep in mind when you want your customers to buy more.
Surveys and interviews are incredibly useful when it comes to getting to know your clients. This way you get to learn more about their customerstheir lifestyles, occupations, social economic status, and more. This also allows you to monitor purchases they've made in the past to see where you can expand your product base.
Once you've studied the product I'm selling in comparison to what you're selling, you'll want to study your market further by searching for customers that you're your products relevant and interesting when applied to what they desire. The information gathered by the interviews will, provide you with the information you need to better tailor your products to your buyer's needs. You'll want to interview from 3 to 50 people depending upon the scope of your business.
When conducting your own customer interviews, be sure to add these 3 critical questions:
1. What is your first impression of the product?
2. What makes this product stand out? Would you choose it over other brands you've bought in the past?
3. Are there any reasons you wouldn't buy this product?
Believe it or not, the third question can sometimes be the most important. Knowing a product's flaws makes it easier to anticipate the consumer's needs.
After you've conducted your interviews and gathering your notes. Take a moment to visualize a typical purchase in your mind. Bring to mind the faces of each person you spoke with. Imagine their thought process as they began their search online.
Try to anticipate how they feel when they come across your website, the impressions they receive from the ads, product descriptions, and testimonies. Then, imagine the buying process, how they feel when they make a single purchase. Try to envision them using the product. Will they buy it again? Will they enjoy themselves? Will they consider their purchase to be a good deal? These are all questions that should run through your mind.
Try going through this process yourself. The more you learn about what it's like to anticipate the needs and wants of your customers, the better your sales will be. Remember that knowing these things is the mark of a highly successful business person.

The Secret Behind Marketing Yourself Online
Creating a solid online presence is essential for any serious business. A company website is one of the most important steps you'll take in this matter. As for blogs, opinions tend to vary, especially as the quality and professionalism of many blogs is often in question.
I believe that a formal, yet eye catching website is more professional than a blog. Bev Clement, a personal acquaintance of mine and an online marketing expert, has explained website VS blog debate:
When many customers go through the buying process, the first thing they look for is a polished website that displays a professional business image. Oftentimes, you will not find this on a blog.
Furthermore, even if customers do decide to give a blog a second look, the quality and brand of blog can also reveal a lot about its user. Wordpress, for instance, may sound like an established blogging site, but let's face itit's a free hosting site, with several less than professional users. It's not professional, and it's not impressive. If customers are searching for a quality product, blogs like these can significantly lessen your chances of getting a sale.
However, not all blogs are unprofessional. Blogs can even be used as an additional online marketing tool, especially when coupled with a website. A blog should have an appearance that's just as professional as the one on your website. Whether you're selling a product or a service, displaying essays, articles, photos, and more on an established blog not only shows your passion and dedication to your profession, but it is extremely useful in showing just how much you know about it.
Blogs are also useful in that they show what you're up to. You can advertise products, display your schedule, and let your online audience know when big events occur in your business. Blogs are also effective communication toolsall readers need to do is leave a comment.
The key to having successful blog as a communication devise is to keep your writing formal. Make sure that it is free of grammar and spelling errors. It is crucial that your research is sound and your topics are relevant. Ensure that you do these things and you can make your blog work for you.
Another important step to establish an online presence is to make sure you know everything there is to know about what you're selling. Whether it's a product or an online service, make sure you're a specialist when it comes to your business. Here are a few tips to ensure you make a good impression:
1. Hire a copywriter. Copywriters are especially useful when it comes to selling productsthey can research both your client base and your product to make it as appealing as possible. If you are selling a particular service, a good copywriter can emphasize your strengths and minimize your weaknesses.
2. Publish an e-book. A well written e-book not only demonstrates your expertise on a particular product, but it shows your dedication to make your strengths known. You can distribute e-books to potential customers, or you can sell the book for additional profit.
3. Design a page on your site linking to essays and articles relevant to your profession. These can be legitimate articles online or informative nonfiction. It never hurts to add positive scientific proof or educational articles that reveal new concepts about your product.

How to Increase Your Online Traffic and Significantly Skyrocket Your Profits
As more high profile online companies emerge each day, it becomes more important that your business stands out from all of the others. Are you tired of running a mediocre business? Do you want to take your business from six to seven figures a year or more? These aren't impossible dreams. By increasing your online traffic, you can accomplish these goals.
The key is in maintaining a positive online presence. The right online marketing can ensure that your products are always in high demand. Even in times of economic recession, it's possible to advertise your company in such a way that consumers will forget the need to scrimp and save.
One of the most important steps in increasing your online traffic and thus boosting your company's profits is to promote the fact that you are a specialist when it comes to your business and the products you sell. There are several successful methods I've found to do this.
-Create a website. A company website is one of the most important steps in creating a good online reputation. Websites can advertise your products in ways that television and magazines don't. They also offer fast, convenient online purchase methods and delivery.
-Create a blog. A formal, professional blog can emphasize your expertise when it comes to your products. It is also a useful advertising tool, as you can use it to promote new deals, establish schedules, make announcements, and other useful features.
Creating traffic to your website and blog can be tricky. Fortunately, there are several ways to establish links and ads throughout the internet that can help.
Many of these methods involve the purchase of keywords. Search Engine Optimization, or SEO, involves using keywords to establish the top positions in popular search engines, ensuring that when a potential consumer searches your product, you will be the first business he or she finds.
Pay Per Click (PPC) is a marketing technique that allows you to distribute ads related to your site. The only fee you have to pay is when a user clicks on the ad. Depending on the keywords used, this can be as little as one cent per click. Banner advertising, in contrast, allows you to display a banner link that leads customers back to your site. In this case, you pay the website displaying the banner link a certain amount. Fees depend on the size of the banner and where it's located on the site.
WSO, or Warrior Forums Special Offer, is extremely beneficial in making your website and your products well known. This is especially useful if you have an extremely rare product or deal to advertise, as WSO specializes in distributing your ad to corners of the internet you wouldn't normally reach.
Affiliate marketing is a simple concept: You link your site to one or more affiliates. As internet users type in keywords, they may stumble on your affiliates, which in turn leads the consumers to your website. The more affiliates you have, the more exposure you'll gain.
Social bookmarketing sites like reddit, Del.icio.us, and others not only let you know how popular your site is becoming, but it also lets consumers do the advertising for you. Social bookmarketing allows for users to display their bookmark lists publicly. This means that if you're bookmarked, you're displayed on their bookmark site as well as on search engines.
By using these methods and more, you can establish a shining online presence and prove to your consumers that you know what you're doing. Once you've convinced them that you are a legitimate, beneficial business, your online traffic will soar.
Once you've established what online marketing methods you want to use, the next step in the process of increasing your profits is to hire a competent, professional copywriter. An ideal copywriter is not only one who knows your products as well as you do, but one that knows why your customers want to purchase it. This results in sales letters that are not only interesting, but reasonable and convincing as well.
The downside is that this will not be an instantaneous success. It's always a good idea to continue to expand your product list. Keep your prices affordable and do your best to establish one-of-a-kind deals for your consumers. These methods will act as padding until your online presence grows.

Successful Viral Campaigns
When you hear the term viral marketing, it means you are creating a sales campaign that will spread quickly over the internet to sell your product. You can use videos, websites, and newsletters to do this. Following you'll find several great tips to make your campaign go viral.
1. You must create a campaign for your product that proves it's the exact thing that your buyer needs to resolve his problem or improve his life. You don't have to hit him over the head with a hammer. You do have to give him positive ideas about how people can use your product. And it's never good to go negative about competitors' productsyou just want to say why yours is the ultimate, the best, the most. You also need to show why your viewer's life will be different if he or she buys what you're selling. And you want to convey the idea that your buyers are smart people. Then you need to spread that campaign over the internet!
2. You need to create multiple websites. People do use different names on their websites. You can link them to each other. Many website hosts are free, but they require you to feature some of their ads. If you prefer not to display those ads, there are other website hosts out there that really don't cost too much, and you can feature just your own ads, articles, videos, and so forth.
3. The most eye-catching way to campaign is to use a video that gets your buyer's attention. The opening seconds of your clip are vital to capturing your audience. Maybe you've seen brief clips like Drama Hampster, or the molding-clay rabbits for that Sony television. Should you use humor? Or drama? The opening frame of your video has to compel your viewer click on the play button. You can transfer your video from Youtube, or wherever you created it, and you can link it or embed it in your websites.
4. Use articles to educate you viewer. This is an opportunity to indulge in your creativity by writing about a subject you enjoy! Articles that convey valuable information will demonstrate to your viewer that you are a credible authority on the subject. You can also write articles for places like eHow, Ezine Articles®, and Associated Content. It's vital to cross-link these articles! If you don't like to write, get someone to do it for you.
5. It's also a good idea to visit blogs; many of them will let you sign with a link back to your website. Get dialogues going on these sites. Send links out to all of your family and friends, and ask them to pass it on.
6. Offer a free newsletter from your website. Even if people don't want to buy something, they are likely to sign up for a free newsletter, and once you've captured their email addresses you can market them every few months to assess their level of interest or tell them about new products.
Sometimes you need to get a marketing campaign rolling by spending some money to do it. Whether you bid on ad words at a place like Google, or pay a company to spread your video around, or even borrow a book from the library about search engine optimizationwhich is freejust remain patient. It does take time for search engines to start reading keywords and tags. You will soon become an expert about the best ways to create successful viral campaigns. If your ads grab your audience and convince them your product is a winner, they will catch on and your sales will skyrocket!

Effective, Customizable Rich Media Remains Red Hot For 2009
Despite many industries' economic struggles in 2008, online marketing continued an upward trend of growth and demand and is expected to do the same in 2009.
Last year, rich media--particularly video--remained one of the highest growing and most effective online marketing tools. The New York Times even went so far to say that interactive marketing was virtually recession-proof [1].
A quick look at the numbers illustrates why this isn't hype. Video ad spending increased 81% in 2008 [2] in attempts to get a slice of 129.5 million online video advertising viewers [3]. In 2009, spending is expected to increase 44.9% [4] in hopes of reaching an estimated 144.1 million viewers [5].
If you aren't yet integrating rich media on your site or aren't considering it as a priority for 2009, you may now be asking yourself why you aren't or are questioning whether it is actually effective. Here are some points to consider.
Everybody Else is Doing It
This potentially flimsy argument recalls a parent asking a child, "If everybody else jumped off a skyscraper, would you still do it?" The difference is that the millions being spent on rich media are not hypothetical, and presumably, and there's clearly something that is driving demand for it.
Although spending on search optimization and marketing remains the top format for online advertising (nearly $11 million was spent last year [6], and that is estimated to reach $12.2 million in 2009 [7]), advertisers spent a hefty $1.8 million on rich media in 20088, and approximately $2.1 million will be spent this year [9]. So what is it that is making rich media so attractive to advertisers?
Why Rich Media Works
There are numerous reasons for why and how rich media is effective. Some key factors include:
-- Video is more effective than still images: If "a picture is worth a thousand words," then video is worth millions of words--and that translates into serious ROI. Research suggests that rich media performs better than GIF/JPG ads, particularly for ad awareness and message association [10].
-- More people have broadband: Quickly streaming smooth and interruption-free rich media requires bandwidth that dial-up simply can't provide. With a reported 55 percent of Americans now having broadband Internet service [11] (compared to an all-time low of 10 percent that still use dial-up [12]), consistently delivering quality content to a large audience is more possible than ever.
-- Rich media expands and enhances content: Ask most people about their site's content, and they'll often immediately--and exclusively--think about text and perhaps still images. Although not entirely incorrect, they are, however, missing out on what makes rich media "rich" and how it enhances content.
More importantly, they are missing out on rich media's ability to generate visitor interest, Web traffic and ROI. Video has also been show to increase the duration of a visitor's stay more than 15 percent.
-- Unprecedented customization: The increasing ease of producing highly customized rich media content ensures an exciting, dynamic and informative experience for users.
For example, AVID Design recently completed Vida Sana, a Spanish informational vodcast video for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. An ensemble morning-show format video was written, cast, filmed and produced entirely in-house. Colors and themes were selected during set design to appeal to the market, as well as to accommodate the Vida Sana campaign logo. Post-production motion graphics and video editing were completed at AVID Design's state-of-the-art facility in Atlanta.
Vida Sana is expected to help open doors for Blue Cross into other Latin markets across the United States, broadening the company's reach and ability to grow in an insurance industry leadership role within this rapidly expanding demographic.

PLR Audio Ideas For Your Marketing
Audio on websites has gained a lot of popularity in recent years. It may have to do with business owners taking the phrase "content is king" and running with it- to the extreme. They avalanche their websites with text. As a result, visitors often look around for ways to make their consumption of information easier. Audio is their answer.
Knowing this, you can easily make audio part of your marketing strategy. You can even use Private Label Rights audio to do it! Does that sound hard? It isn't. On the contrary, it's probably one of the easiest things you can do for your website.
How can you turn PLR audio into a marketing device?
Treat it like you would any other PLR content. Confused? Don't be.
PLR audio is similar to other types of PLR content in that you have to repackage and modify it to use on your website. Of course, the changes to the PLR content are what can bring in money for you.
You may be asking what you could possibly do with audio
How about...
Transferring it to a CD?
Breaking it into bits and offering it as podcasts?
Making it part of audio books?
Using it in e-courses?
Attaching it to newsletters?
Connecting it to AdSense?
You can do all of this and more with PLR audio. It can help you make money too, if you charge for the finished product or use it to bring in more conversions.
Basically, if you target people in your niche and provide them with what they want to hear, you'll be well on your way to making your business a success.
But how?
Here's an example: if you target a group of people who want to listen to courses about fishing, you could offer audio courses
on the condition that they provide their email addresses and subscribe to your newsletter. When they do that, you'll have their contact information and can continue to market other products to them. See how that works?
Using audio can improve just about any website, but for online businesses, they can mean the difference between a prospect and a customer. Prospects are always looking for that certain something that sets a business apart from its competitors. They want to know who offers more and who puts more effort into running their business and keeping customers satisfied.
Having audio on your website will send the correct signal. It shows that you're willing to provide different formats of content for customers are technologically savvy and care about your prospects' time.
Believe me when I say that your customers will appreciate the choice between an audio format and regular text. Everyone is looking to save time and prospects love it when you provide them with a way to do it.
So get on the PLR audio train and start making your way down the railroad to success. It's up to you to choose formats and pick what you see along the way, but the end of the journey is always the same- conversions and sales!

The Best Squeeze Pages Have These Features
So you're interested in making squeeze pages part of your marketing campaign. That's a good decision. By now, you're probably wondering what makes for a great squeeze page, as opposed to just a good or average one. Well, in my experience, the best squeeze pages all have the following features:
Great headlines and sub-headlines
They need to be powerful and entice readers to keep reading. That's the first key to getting and keeping your visitor's attention.
Plain backgrounds
They've been shown to convert more prospects than others and that's what you want. Don't worry about fancy backgrounds that distract from your offer.
Above the fold content
Prospects are more likely to read what's above the fold, or what is on a webpage before they have to scroll. Keep all your important information there and your prospects are more likely to read and do what you say.
Bullet points
Prospects want the nitty-gritty laid out for them simply, so oblige. Tell them how they'll benefit from signing up. Keep it short and sweet.
Sense of urgency
Convince prospects to take action "now" instead of "maybe later." Use action words every chance you get. This includes when you ask them to submit their information.
Testimonials
Prospects want to know that your offers are worth something, so get other people to testify to their value and put their words on your website.
Privacy policy
Many people are reluctant to give their personal information out to anyone they don't know. Including a statement at you opt-in form can get your prospects' trust by reassuring them that you won't sell or trade their information.
Contact information
Too many business owners forget about giving their prospects a way to contact them. Provide your contact information so that sales are made even easier.
Calls to Action
You want to make your offer irresistible to your prospects, so treat your pitch as a regular calls-to-action. Don't be wishy-washy about selling prospects on your offer.
Video
Videos are optional, but are very popular with prospects right now and effective videos can potentially increase conversion rates. Prospects especially appreciate videos that are much like short infomercials.
Opt-in forms
You'll have to test where your opt-in forms go best, but generally, opt-in forms work best on the right side of a webpage. So take advantage of that rule-of-thumb.
An absence of links
Distraction is not an option for prospects. Don't give your prospects a reason to become bored with your squeeze page and leave. Keep the focus on getting them to leave their contact information.
Incentive
Give your prospects a reason to follow through. Spell out what you'll give them
are they reports, eBooks, audio, videos or something else? Let them know by being clear and making it desirable. You may benefit by doing a bit of research into your target market to see what they value.
As with any form of Internet marketing, split-testing can help you find out what's a hit with your audience. The results of testing can help you wrangle more conversions later, so keep testing even after you think you've created a winning squeeze page.

The following day, I checked to see if I placed within the first 3-5 pages of a google search, to my amazement, I was placed in position 3 ! The following week, I placed again and again. Affiliate Marketing For Beginners - Keywords and Keyword Matching Options
How to Use Keyword Matching Options
Keywords
Keyword research is at the foundation of any successful Internet marketing program. Whether you are looking for a niche to develop as a business or trying to better optimize your web site or blog, keyword selection is a must have skill in internet marketing.
Keyword Match Options
Mastering the process of evaluating the relative value and monetary possibilities of a keyword is not as easy as it is made out to be. For the affiliate marketing beginner it is matter of understanding the various keyword matching options and what they offer for your future business growth and development.
The first place to start is with the search-targeted keyword specifications. They are: broad matches, phrase matches, exact matches and negative matches. So what do they all mean?
Here is a general overview.
Broad Match
The Broad match is a default mode for Google Adwords and other search advertising systems. It represents keyword entries as they are typed in the search box without any defining attribution whatsoever. For example, golf club typed in as such, would represent a keyword that could be rendered in the order you typed it, but could also be returned with the words golf and club in other combinations as well. The golf and club words could also appear with singular/plural forms, synonyms and other relevant variations. So your results could show golf clubs, cheap golf clubs, used golf clubs, clubs for golf and whatever variation is being entered by the people looking for or writing about golf clubs.
The broad match is as open and varied as the entries coming from the users on the Web.
Phrase Match
When you enter a keyword in quotation marks, you are now in the realm of the phrase match. Your phrase match appears with the keywords in the order in which they are entered, "golf club" but with the possibility of other terms in the query. The order is respected but the composition of the word context allows for other terms as well. Golf club for beginners is a phrase match combo, for example. As long as the exact phrase is maintained in the order it is entered you have a phrase match.
Exact Match
When you surround your phrase in brackets [ ] your search will return only those keywords with the specific phrase, in the exact order, and without any other terms in the query. There will be no synonyms, variations of singular or plural or any contextual change at all. You would only see the exact return of the keyword as it is entered. The numbers you get are for the exact match as they are entered by the web user.
Negative Keyword
A negative keyword match eliminates a keyword from search terms for your internet marketing campaign. It is a keyword preceded by a minus sign (-). For example cheap is a negative keyword and could be specified by a golf club vendor who wants to weed out those who do not fit the profile for his/her high end golf clubs. Inserting the negative keyword would avoid wasting money on clicks coming from the low end of the golf club market. Negative keyword matches have the function of weeding out irrelevant searches.
Keyword Matching Strategies
So how do you use these variations in your keyword research? That is material for a book but there are some general guidelines to follow.
For clarity let us define different market categories as a function of the number of competing pages for a given keyword:
1,000,000 + - Market
100,000- 1,000,000 - Mega niche
30,000 100,000 Niche
< 30,000 - Micro Niche
Market
Broad match keywords represent about one-third of all clicks and conversions in searches. Given the variations that can be captured, broad match can help you capture relevant traffic you never knew existed. With the comprehensive nature of the search you are also in the space of heavy hitters, super affiliates, big advertisers and high cost advertising. This is the realm of the market category not the mega niche, niche or micro niche. So if you are trying to score with broad search keywords with high search counts, you had better be prepared to compete and compete aggressively. This is not the arena for beginners.
Mega Niche and Niche
Phrase match is the next level down in the search hierarchy. Here your search term is written with the qualifier quotation marks surrounding the word. For the same keyword there can be a differential of 20 to 80 percent in the number of searches for a given term between broad match and phrase match. That means a keyword could return a 100,000 search count in a broad match and 20,000 to 80,000 in a phrase match search. Fewer searches reduce the monetizing potential. On the other hand, fewer searches puts you in the realm of the mega niche or niche where you might be able to dominate and get better revenue from a more targeted pool of customers. Here competition is less acute.
Micro Niche
Exact match is even narrower in focus. It means a razor sharp target market, extremely focused on a specific keyword with sharply lower search counts. This, along with phase match, is the realm of the start up marketing effort where narrowly focused micro niche marketing can offer newcomers the best potential to start and build a business. The micro niche is where the newcomer is better able to compete and establish a business. It is the tactic you use to target a specific web page to a specific keyword; relevant content for a targeted user.
Some programs will emphasize starting with exact match keyword building before moving up the food chain to phrase match and broad match competition.
Negative Keyword
Negative keyword matching applies across the board to all levels of competition. This is where you can eliminate the searches that are not relevant to your marketing campaign. This will definitely save you time and money and keep the non shoppers out of your searches. Marketers at all levels make a point of adding a list of negative keyword matches to their marketing campaigns to weed out the non buying visitor.
Conclusion
Understanding the different classes of keywords and keyword matches and what they bring to an internet marketing campaign is essential to internet and affiliate marketing. They each bring with them benefits and limitations that you should carefully weigh as you move forward.
For the newcomer, finding a niche or micro niche that can keep you under the radar screen and bring you steady, modest income is certainly one of the recommended ways to go, especially if money is tight and the budget is small.
As you make your way to profitability, you then have the resources and experience to take on the higher value keywords and work your way up to the broad match environment to compete with the big guys.
So do your keyword research and give it a try.
May Your Travels Be Prosperous.

Partner With a Search Engine Marketing Company to Stay Ahead in the SEO Game
A new year with significant economic challenges requires a new way of marketing - one that a search engine marketing company is ideally suited for. Search engine marketing (SEM) can help you keep costs in check while maximizing ROI. If you have not yet partnered with a search engine marketing company, now is the time, and here is why.
Our economy is in recession. Some companies may decide to cut back on marketing, but that would be a mistake. To help your business survive and thrive, you need to adjust your marketing focus. You do not need less marketing you need marketing that is more effective and more affordable. Search engine marketing can be all of that, if you know how to tap into the most recent SEM trends.
Your best bet is a search engine marketing company that keeps in tune with the latest knowledge in SEM and with the changes made by search engine leader Google.
Not all SEM companies are alike. Finding one that is ahead of the curve requires an effort on your part. There are many firms that are still focused on older techniques; that haven't grasped the importance of social media, mobile technologies and universal search. Before signing with a search engine marketing company, do a little research into the latest SEM trends and be sure that the company is aware of them and ready to implement a strategy that incorporates these new techniques. Here are a few trends that SEM experts see on the horizon in 2009:
Google will give more weight to "off-site" factors, that is, links that point to your site. Link building is critical, but it is not as easy as a simple link exchange with other businesses. The approach needs to be varied and gradual. Ask your search engine marketing company about their link building strategy, and their opinion of how much importance Google places on links. Some experts believe that 2009 will see a shift in Google's algorithm to 90% links and only 10% on-site content. The right SEM company will know how to shift your strategy to match Google's new focus.
Mobile browsing software is becoming increasingly sophisticated. Mobile Web users approach sites differently. Accordingly, Websites need to be structured differently to take advantage of mobile browsing. Ask your SEM company about their strategies for mobile search and how XML and XHTML can make a site more mobile-friendly.
Google's Universal Search will become more dominant. Not sure what Universal Search is? You'd do well to find out, and to talk to your search engine marketing company about it.
Social media like Facebook, LinkedIn etc. will become an even more important part of link building programs. Some SEM companies already have social media marketing strategies in place. Make sure the SEM partner you choose is knowledgeable about the marketing potential of social media.
These trends are easy to summarize, but hard for a business to implement on their own. By teaching yourself a little about them, you can accurately gauge whether the search engine marketing company you partner with is up for the task of planning and implementing an online marketing strategy that takes full advantage of recent changes in the world of SEM.

How Can Your Company Become More Popular? Search Engine Optimization Training Can Show You.
An interesting trend has emerged at the start of 2009 that will impact your marketing strategy and your choice of SEO company. Because we are in challenging economic times, many businesses are looking to save money in their marketing budgets. This search for low-cost marketing has increased the importance of social media, an affordable and effective marketing option.
Ron Callari, writing for Scoop Independent News in New Zealand, predicts that "businesses will take a more integrated approach to social marketing in 2009 to save money as the economy continues to falter. Low-cost social marketing will become the tool of choice." He also believes that SEO companies will help businesses repurpose their offline messages for redistribution on social media sites, like social networks, blogs, wikis and video sharing sites. This will, in turn, increase their reach and their "search authority".
Supporting Callari's statements, a recent study out of Toronto shows that 82% of Canadian business leaders plan to spend more on social media marketing in 2009 than they did in the previous year.
Further evidence of the importance of social media marketing was seen in a news story from the Wall Street Journal in January, 2009, which stated that advertisers have begun moving their dollars away from search advertising and towards mobile platforms and social networks. The article goes on to say that search engines have not faded from the landscape, but a significant shift towards social media is clearly underway.
So, how does your business ride the wave of social media marketing? It is not as straightforward as you might think. There are many social media sites.
How can your company become more popular? Search engine optimization training can show you.
If you manage your own Website, you may have some knowledge of how to increase your ranking on Google. But keeping up with the latest trends and information on search engine optimization (SEO) is a full-time job. It requires constant scanning and reading of SEO Websites and blogs, and who has time for that?
This is where search engine optimization training comes in. With the right training course, you can learn all of this "inside" information without having to do the actual research yourself. Leave it to your instructors to prowl the Net for information on Google algorithms and ranking secrets. All you need to do is attend a course that will tell you what's new in the world of SEO and, more importantly, how you can apply this knowledge to your business.
For example, many SEO experts believe that Google's algorithm (the complex and top-secret formula they use for ranking sites) has changed to base a site's ranking more on links than on-site content. Some peg the ratio at 80%-90% links and only 10%-20% site content. The bottom line for you? Stop worrying so much about optimizing your pages and start worrying about building links.
Knowing the best way to build links without incurring the wrath of Google is not easy. You cannot just start dropping links to your Website anywhere you want. You need a clear strategy to ensure you get high-quality links and to ensure that you build your popularity gradually. Your links need to come from a variety of sources. And you need to know how to create the right anchor text to appeal to search engines.
A search engine optimization training course can tell you everything you need to know about building link popularity through:
General Advice on Increasing the Visibility of Your Site There are lots of techniques you can use to build popularity. A general overview will get you started.
Directories Some are better than others and it is important that you can determine which are best suited to your business. If you live in a large centre, like Toronto, the choice of local directories alone can overwhelm you. SEO training can tell you which directories to focus on and whether it is worthwhile to pay for a listing.
Using Blogs and Articles A lot of companies have discovered the power of blog and article marketing. Regular blog posts with the right kind of links to your site can help boost popularity. Similar in concept to blogs, articles enable you to get your name out there, and offer many chances to link to your site. Your search engine optimization training course will show you how to start and maintain a blog, and where to post articles you have written.
